"Terrible room air conditioner; could not keep the room much below 70 degrees. Slow elevators and strange building setup that requires use of two elevators on opposite sides of the building just to get to floor 9. Inconvenient entrance as well with steps instead of ramp. All around poor setup. Will not return. "

"We came here for our 10th anniversary. The room (bldg 4 king suite) was wonderful. Plenty of space, more than we needed. We were slope side which gave us plenty of privacy and a beautiful view of the slopes. The staff was so helpful always and gave us the best recommendations for where to go and what to eat. The place is massive and easy to get lost in but has plenty to do and is really fun overall. We also loved the rooftop hot tubs. Will definitely be coming back with our kids!"
