The hotel's location is excellent. The room is quite small but it's expected. The room is clean, but what we like the most is the reception- Michael. All receptionists are quite nice, but we love Michael. He's very funny and efficient. In general, we can't find anything to complain about the hotel because they have been provided all information about the hotel : from the size etc... We highly recommend Floride Etoile hotel. I don't understand why people complain about staff's English. This is PARIS and they speak FRENCH! People also complain about the size of the room, but aren't they able to work it out the measurement which stated clearly at every single hotel? It's common sense, if I want big room, I should expect to pay more. In the middle of Paris, excellent location and a clean , modern hotel like this with acceptable price , it's obvious the room is going to be tiny.

my son and I enjoyed our stay at Floride Etoile Hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly, and very good location between two different subway stations with good connections to everywhere. Eiffel tower can be reached after 5min walk.

Located in walking distance between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower Floride Etoile is in a perfect location. The staff are so friendly and helpful and gave us great advice. 500m down the road is the A la petite Marquis a patisserie with the most amazing pastries. We would definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Reasonably good in terms of 3 star hotel”

My stay at Floride Etoile was generally pleasant. The hotel is located at a safer+quite part of Paris, only 10min walk to champs elysees. Very near to metro and bus stops so easy to travel around. Hotel room did not have much view but was clean and neat, very comfortable although a bit too small. Breakfast range was not hugely impressive but you will find everything you need. Friendly staff although I have noticed their tendency to choose who to be friendly with (which is quite normal in Paris). This hotel cannot have the 5 star hotel review, but I would say one of the best 3 star hotels you can get in Paris.

Better value for money”

This hotel is small but will give you what you need at a better price cinsidering its great location. If you are touring around paris, this hitel is located near tricadero which is the stop fir big bus tours, this is walking distance to restaurants and griceries and eiffel tower, its a type of hotel you sleep in only and not have to spend too much time in so perfect for first time travellers who wants to spend the most time exploring the beautiful city and the price is cheaper compared to other hotels in thesame area

Very convenient hotel”

This hotel is located in a quiet side street off one of the main avenues of Paris. It is a short walk from a Metro station and, even though our room faced the street, there was very little noise, except inevitably when the waste collection lorry came by in the mornings. The reception staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful, the room was adequately sized for 2 people and perfectly comfortable. We would certainly stay there again on another visit to Paris.

Awesome service from front desk, great location, ”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again for sure. Michel was the first person we met and he made such a wonderful impression on us, and did the same for everyone else. Nothing was too much effort for him. He gave us more than 5 star treatment. There was a Carrefour a few doors away which was open till very late at night and offered everything you would need from cold meats to cheeses and foie gras. All kinds of drinks including wine and beer. We could walk to the Eiffel Tower and other sites or take the Metro which was less than 10 minutes away. The room was kept clean daily and was everything we needed. It had a bar fridge where we could store drinks etc. We felt very safe and at ease to walk about the area late at night and there were several great restaurants nearby to eat at. We loved Paris so much, and would definitely go back and see more. We wish our stay was longer than 5 days. Thank you for an amazing stay at your wonderful hotel.

Our Permanent Hotel In Paris”

We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. Location was just right, easily accessible and close to the metro, the Eiffel Tower, pharmacies, restaurants, and a safe place. The elevator is quite small though for those with heavy luggage. Rooms are always kept clean and reception is pleasant. Will stay here again on our next Paris trip.

Exceptional”

Location is excellent: on a quiet side street off Avenue Kleber but just a few steps to the Metro and bus stops; the staff are very accommodating and helpful, rooms and hotel very clean and well-maintained. I would stay here again when I come back to Paris. Truly a gem!

Superb Stay”

The hotel was really clean and tidy from the hotel’s lobby to our room. Staff was also friendly and always greeted us with a smile whenever we leave and return to the hotel. The location of the hotel is also walkable to Effiel Tower as well as Arc De Tromphe, couple of buses also available to a couple of prime attractions in Paris. Overall a good stay. Will come back again.

Nice hotel with good location”

The hotel is located near the metro. You can go to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomph and Champs-Élysées by foot. Lots of restaurants and cafe around the hotel and a supermarket is just a few meters away. It’s not a cheap hotel, but you pay for convenience, cleanliness and comfort. The double room we had was small though... but the bathroom was quite spacious. You can order continental breakfast to be served in the room for €10. We’re also glad that the frontdesk officers were nice and helpful, and can speak fluent English. :) The room was clean and the bed was relaxing.

Tiny rooms, average location”

The hotel is nearish the Eiffel Tower, but not exactly within easy walking distance. There are several decent eateries near the Trocadero area. It is also very near boissiere subway station. The Paris subway system is extremely easy to navigate. Just beware of pick pockets. The room was a disappointment unfortunately, barely big enough for the queen size bed. Living out of 2 large pieces of luggage was a serious challenge.

The hotel room was good sized.The location was perfect - 5 mins from the Eiffel tower and 10 mins to the Champs Elysse. Good bed, bathroom etc. The service was great. They provided us with a plug converter, band aid etc as we needed them, on top of it all of this was with a smile. Thanks for the great stay!

Lovely staff and location ”

Great base for exploring, walking distance to all the big landmarks and very convenient for the Metro. Staff were all super friendly and helpful answering all of our questions. The hotel is perfectly acceptable for a 3 star. Rooms are very small and the water temperature is completely erratic! But it all added to the charm...... :)

Good location”

Spacious room, near to self-laundry shop, near to Eiffel, LV, Ard De Triomphe. Must let the hotel know if you bring children because they are not allowed to stay in their deluxe room. Family with children must stay at their excutive room with extra Euro20 per night.

Club double room?”

I booked a club double room but the room looks so much smaller than expected. I was given room 106. Maybe the hotel can verify this. The staff was very helpful providing maps and options for us to get to the CDG airport on checkout. Very helpful service.
