when we arrived no one was there and when we finally found someone (our taxi driver helped us) they didn't expect us. We first got a room with three beds but our driver talked to them in Indonesian and got us a twinbed. No running water and the toilet was blocked so I couldn't go to the toilet or was my hands!! The morning after the staff was friendly and asked if we wanted coffee or tea but we just wanted to get out of there. It looks like it has been a nice hotel once but has been left to rotten, a shame. Hopefully it will be renovated cause it has potential. Until then you should not stay here! Even if all the other places online seems to be fully booked you should go to Moni and ask around, don't book this one. The people over there will solve it for you I am sure.

So bad we stayed somewhere else”
We arrived at 6pm in the evening and there was no-one as reception, after shouting for 5 minutes the receptionist came out. She looked really pissed off liked we'd woken her up in the middle of the night. She didn't (or wouldnt') speak English so our taxi driver translated. She denied that they take online bookings and that we would have to pay again, and then tried to charge 500,000Rp when we had booked online for 350,000rp. We we're showed a room that had more mold on it than anything i'd seen before, and quite clearly they had a problem with water leaking through the ceiling, which looked liked it was about to collapse. The 'hotel' had a really bad vibe and i felt our stuff wouldn't be safe there, it's also about 10 minutes walk about of town - on a dark road that you wouldn't want to walk at night. All in all it was so bad that we stayed somewhere else!! We ended up with a nicer room for half the price.

Dirty and overpriced”
Don't normally write reviews but this needs to be said. It was immediately clear why a local pulled a concerned face when I named the pre-booked accommodation - the "hotel" was truly awful. The beds were damp and extremely dirty, and the whole place was unkempt and abandonded. There was also no water. It was the most expensive place I'd booked in a while with the intention of treating myself, however it was by far worse standard than all the hostels I had been staying in. It's a 5 minute drive from the center of Moni removed from all the other accommodation, restaurants and shops. We paid someone to drive us out of there only 10 mins after arriving and stayed in a guesthouse for half the price which was most importantly clean. It also happned to have functionining air-con, hot water and breakfast included. I cannot stress enough how awful it was. Do not stay here.

Hotel was niet op de hoogte van onze boeking. We kregen een slechtere kamer dan geboekt. Kamer was in slechte staat en niet schoongemaakt. Een slechte ervaring. Niet nog een keer!

Reservering was niet bekend, doch omdat we vroeg waren, was dit geen probleem. Receptionist was ongeïnteresseerd en liet onze kamersleutel 6 uur op een onbeheerde balie liggen. Kamers zijn schoon maar zien er niet prettig uit. Toilet/douche zijn ver beneden de maat voor dit geld. Kamers(2) met warm- en koud water geboekt, maar het warme water was na na 1 douche op (in beide kamers). Alleen doen als je niet anders kunt vinden!

Раз уж Вы попали в этот отель - значит в Эколодж нет мест, а лучше уже не найти. Нет ни вентилятора ни кндиционера, воду надо запасать в своих ёмкостях, т.к. та, что есть - течёт. Приветливый и дружелюбный хозяин. Можно попросить кипяток в термосе.Немного шумновато.
