Hotel is in kota bharu town”

Advantages: Hotel is walking distance to most places of a town such as state government offices, bas taxi services, market and etc. Disadvantages: Hotel television need replacement with flat version and do need to add more tv programs. Also television placement is not suitable as it is supposed to be infront of the bed instead of at the side

Walking distance to jln kebun sultan (Chinatown), mydin supermarket,711. Free parking behind the hotel. Very old hotel, dusty floor&furniture. Small room.

Very good”

Two best budget hotel in Kb are dynasty inn and crystal lodge. However , I could not get a good deal in either hotels, so had to chose Flora place Hotel. I got an offer at agoda at RM 106++ ( without breakfast ). We enjoyed a our stay here and find the room and bathroom are clean and decent. I find Flora place to be one of the good hotel in KB. I had to pay RM 13 per pax for the breakfast ,and satisfied with the buffet. My wife liked the breakfast as well. Overall as a family we had positive experience here. In my next stay at KB, I will stay either in Crystal lodge or Dynasty Inn as these two hotels are way better than Flora Place. I recommend this hotel if you get a good deal and want to stay at a good location.

The location of the hotel is optimal. Walk-able distance to Pasar Siti Khadijah where you can visit in the morning. Nearby Dataran Cheng He where you can find numerous coffee shops and roadside food stalls at night. The hotel receptionists are friendly. They are attentiveness to duties. The room is considered as clean, air-cond is functioning, and there is wall fan too! Everything is good but the bed is abit smelly. And just don't expect too highly for the breakfast. Overall, worth for money. Good stay!

Room is clean with no smell but dated. Old vacuum-tube TV screen is spoiled, no remote controller. Shower head holder needs replacement. Towel has low absorbability. There's a freezer too. Free parking is behind the hotel, accessible thru a side lane. Location is in middle of Chinatown, many non-halal foods are available nearby for business or leisure travelers.

Overall is fine. The staff are helpful. Toilet is clean, blanket and bed sheet got some stains but the staff change them after request. The only defect is the air-cond in our room is dusty and there is musty smell before the cold air is blown out.

Corridor musty smell. Rooms dirty and dusty. Towels are smelly and appears to be not properly washed. Mixer for hot and cold shower not working properly, and if you not careful can get scalded by the hot water. Only plus point is the location. If anyone is thinking you get what you pay for, I will tell you this: Not exactly true.
