Suite with Bay View”
Amazing hotel! The view of the Bay from the room was mind-blowing. Also, great view from the pool and the restaurant. The staff were very helpful. Everything about this hotel was excellent. I've been to many other 5-star resorts in Vietnam and this one takes the cake. A lot of the staff speaks English and they have a lot of westerners working around. They've got a very nice infinity pool with view of the Bay. The restaurant frankly was not too impressive. They had a great variety of food, a lot of different kinds of food in fact. However the taste and quality of the food didn't impress me, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't as excellent as all the other things this resort has to offer. I blame it on the holidays, too many people were at the hotel during this festive weekend. They were still building the rooftop so I didn't have access to that yet. They have an awesome golf course with all the things you'd expect from a 5-star resort. The check-out process took quite a long time (again, do to this weekend being a holiday weekend.) I fully recommend this resort for couples or families, it was amazing.

This resort is absolutely wonderful for those who wish to relax and unwind. There is no need to leave the resort and go anywhere if you wish to chill and spoil yourself without having to do anything, although there is a free shuttle in and out of town. All amenities are pristine and very well maintained. The friendly staff are extremely eager to help and assist you in any way they can. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return again as soon as possible. I would recommend FLC resort to anyone in need of a well deserved holiday.

The Ghost Hotel but with dedicated staff”
We stayed here during the Corona outbreak. The hotel had increased check in procedures for health safety and a nurse on stand by. We went mid week and it was empty! Only 3ish rooms occupied in the hotel which made the whole experience very bizarre. The hotel is beautiful and has a great view over the bay. We were met by Alex at reception who was amazing. We loved the indoor pool and gym. Breakfast was good with western options. The first day was a buffet which was silly for so few people so they moved it to table service. We ate dinner in both the Bamboo and Olive restaurants. The male manager of the Bamboo restaurant was FANTASTIC with my dietary requirements. The food was good and reasonably priced for a hotel. The staff elsewhere were present however not always sure of their roles and items on menus/how to make them. Overall we had a lovely but surreal time in this hotel.

We spent two nights in FLC and it's true luxury with all the facilities, view, food and the rest. But only staff needs some more training in English, few of them speak well!!

Very nice place to stay in Halong”
Nice experience staying at this hotel. Everything was clean, the staffs were very friendly, the indoor pool helped us a lot because our children can not use the outside pool because of cold. The foods in restaurant were a little bit expensive but very delicious and worth the money. I would recommend this hotel to everyone wants to go to Halong for the new experience without going to the beach.

Best place to stay and enjoy vacation in Halong.”
By my mistake I booked wrong date. So staff not help much, just after I contact Agoda and take extra fee too. Anyway, Halong only have few 5 star hotel, then it's best place to stay and have great view on top op mountain to ocean and bay. Some facilities not working or old need replace. Food is good too.

This resort is not completed so it is a little noisy. Good breakfast That day was my husband’s birthday, they gave him a birthday cake in the evening, we are really suprised. Indoor pool is small and cold.

Expensive resort without proper manage”
The resort is new and set in hill. No grab car is available so if want taxi must go through front desk. Do not book any executive room as you only pay more as the room size is the same as deluxe room and no access to the lounge even though there is a executive lounge in the hotel as Agoda rate is being discriminated here! Check in is okey but checkout is a nightmare especially during weekend it may take more than half n hour just to check out! Breakfast is basic nothing to mention and the outdoor pool is not that big consider this is a huge resort and food price is expensive here as well!

Great Location/Facilities put poor on the others ..”
Pros: great location,new facilities ,nice birthday cake, with wonderfully little bouquet of rose even though we did not know who sent these presents as the accompanying card has no signature/name on. Cons: You pay for 04 rooms starting 14.30 ,one room ready at ~13g30 but your other 03 rooms got ready only after 15.00,no apologies or explanation.Less is more,clever huh ? Breakfast menu is poor and same for 03 days .If you want to have a decent breakfast? try to get up early and get your BF between 06.0-07.00 or be the last bird .After 08.00 ,it was hard to get a table and you had to clear the leftovers of previous guests to get your own table..... Staff at BF were not friendly and professional enough, the FnB mgr did not do a good job as I myself got in a bad experience that is too lengthy to write here.

Thank you for your kind service during our stay. I found some reasons to come back but with your a little bit of focus such as room amenities and bathroom floor condition, also a convenience or mini-mart and it would be great. The staffs in buffet are not trained well, especially the hygiene such as finger nails, picking their nose, a bit of stiff of face during service, not much smiley appearing in their connection... Again, many thanks to your great team with highly appreciated of your hospitality.

They could not find my booking in their system and we have to wait for nearly 3hrs for them to sort out the room. And then they gave us the wrong type of room, wrong room number, room that didn’t have enough beds. It took me several trips to the reception to sort thing out. No welcome drink as stated. They didn’t update our new room number in the system so every time we have lunch (which included with the room), we had to explain again and again why our room number wasn’t on the list. The male staff didn’t look friendly. Actually the staffs didn’t look cheerful and smiley. Except for the bell boys.

This is a new Hotel & Resort. That is it.! First thing, Restaurant is no good and expensive. Taste is bad. Also, Room service menu is only 5 dishes. Only Vietnamese food. At least, Golf section is great. Only one place in Halong 한쿡 사람들은 가성비 안조쿠요. 3층 식당 부폐 쓰레기에요. 인당 3만원인데 기사 식당 수준.. 절대 가지마시고 골프만 치세요..
