this trip is my 4th time to vietnam and I can say this hotel is one of the best! I stayed with my mom and aunt for 2nights. room was clean and big enough for 3 people and the pool is cozy (you can feel it is a bit small but it is not a resort, so i think the size of the pool is ok. ) location was perfect for us as well. there is a local restaurant nearby called 'Xoi Ba Vui' has amazing chicken noodles and chicken rice with super low price, you must try there!! the best part from this hotel is All Staff members. They are very kind and I can see the kindness comes from their warm hearts. Thank you for making our staying very comfortable, i will visit soon with my husband next time!

Good location, nice view with reasonable price”
I was in this hotel just only one night and got updraded to deluxe room. The room is nice and clean. The view from the room is great and swimming pool on 18th floor is a great highlight of the building. Service and staff are excellent, all requires are met. I also got free drop off car to the airport. Definetely will come back here if i visit Da Nang again.

We really enjoy our stay in the hotel. The room was very big with nice views of the dragon bridge. Everything was clean and brand new. The staff was very helpful and they also booked a driver for Marble Mountains and Hoi An. If I come back to Da Nang I would definitely stay here again. The location is very good with restaurants and bars quite close

i have stay in Fivitel Boutique Da Nang for3 Nights, and what i can tell is this hotel is very nice... don't judge the hotel by out look, when go in to the lobby and is refreshing with all the holidays atmosphere... i need to special highlight the intelligent front desk Miss IVY and the lovely hotel assist Mr PANDA, thanks a lot on their help while i stay in this beautiful hotel... i like the breakfast buffet, it have include a lot kind of street food and also some standard breakfast like bread and egg... for the room is big enough and the towel and bed sheet is clean, and if u have problem with sleep that cause by noise please request higher room cause in Vietnam we know the traffic is communicate by the horn... and the car rent offer from the hotel is worth to go far, if near better look in grab... so if have chance when to Da Nang, this hotel is 1 of the good choice. Received very warm welcome. Staff is very friendly and empathetic. Room is very clean(Got a free upgrade room) view was very good from 15th Floor (Can see Dragon Bridge). Breakfast was very good. Booked a day car tour to Hoi An. it was comfortable ride.

Every staff was very kind and considerate, and Han Market is within walking distance, so I could visit there several times. Quite satisfied considering the rate.

1. Friendly and attentive staff ready to provide assistance at all times throughout my stay! 2. Ordered for room service - chicken noodle soup, hawaiian pizza and mixed fruits smoothies. The pizza need to be improved in terms of its appearance, texture and taste but overall it was good! 3. You may want to pay extra attention on the name of the Hotel when u call for a grab or to be drop off because there is another Fivitel Hotel (in orange) within the vicinity (5 mins by car) while this 4 **** Hotel is in bright yellow.

I always booked a hotel near the beach when I visited Da Nang. This time I spent a day at Fivitel Boutique Da Nang Hotel. When I arrived at the hotel by taxi, my young friend was very kind to meet me. The check-in counter two women Amy and Ms, Ivy were much more friendly. I stayed at a hotel in Vietnam many times, but this is the first time I have seen such a kind woman. When I talked to the two women after seeing the little paint peeling off from the facilities inside the hotel, they sincerely apologized to me. First of all, thank you to all the employees we met at the Fivitel. The first Da Nang we met was chaos. But thanks to the fivitel staff, we could easily adjust to the polyp. It was very clean and always treated everyone who met with laughter, kindness, and interest. They tried to solve any inconvenience and always did their best. My husband and I think this hotel is the best hotel we have ever met. It's not a big luxury hotel, but their minds were the best hoteliers. They kept checking the condition of the room, recommended restaurants around me, and helped me a lot when I was sick. Thank you so much. We're planning another trip to Danang and we're going to stay at the Fivitel again. See you again Amy, Neimar, Tom, and all the employees I've met who I don't remember their names.
