"We enjoyed 3 peaceful nights at the Hotel Baltimore in late September 2015 and would stay again. We arrived jet lagged from the U.S. at 9:00am and since our suite was not ready they offered us a smaller room for a quick nap and refresh which was very thoughtful. At our request, their Concierge Pierre had recommended a guide for us www.ParisFrenchGuide.com and Patrice Brunet was delightful as well. The Baltimore was a great location a block from Subway,a 5 minute walk to the Trocadero, 15 to the Eiffel Tower and surrounded by cafes, bakeries, restaurants and some shopping. Our room was amazing, comfortable, quiet and modern with a balcony and a view of the Eiffel Tower which was a great treat. Desk staff were very pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed nightcaps in their cozy bar. Breakfast was very nice and huge! We highly recommend the Hotel Baltimore!"

"My daughter and I stayed at the Saint James Hotel for 6 nights. It is located in the 16th ar which is a quiet charming neighborhood within walking distance to small cafes and museums. It is very close to the Porte Dauphine metro station. We loved the library/bar. It was one of the reasons we choose the hotel. The bedrooms were spacious as was the bathroom. There was enough closet and drawer space for 2 women. It was super clean. Visually it was stunning."

"Very disappointing stay, reached the hotel and the hotel receptionist was unable to locate our booking and informed us it was mistakes of Agoda. the room was already occupied by someone else and we are only able to shift in the next day. No in room heater, the external heater they brought in was causing short-circuit 2 times. view is good, location is near to the eiffel tower but the service totally doesnt make it up to SPG standard."

The services staff provided are in fact most impressive, from patiently going through each in room details with guest upon check in, to getting out of their way to escort you to find a nearby shop or restaurant. The front desk alo gave out superb restaurant recommendations. All in all, the attentive and helpful staff made my stay very pleasant and unforgetable. Ideal for solo travellers."
