Excellent for the Price ”

Because of a last minute booking for an overnight stay, My husband ended up staying at First Pacific Inn Davao. He said that the rooms were small, but just enough to get his work done. The price of the stay was cheap, hence the room quality. But he noted that everything was clean and functional. The internet connection was also very fast. He said that he would surely stay at this Hotel next time for short trips to Davao.

Friendly and Efficient Staff”

It has been my fourth or fifth in the hotel. Every time I have a trip in Davao and nearby provinces I always stay in First Pacific Inn. It is very near the downtown area and accessible to taxis 24/7. The staff are very efficient and treats you royalty. Amenities may be lacking but they compensate it by their good service. Kudos! See you next time.

A little bit more than what you paid for”

First Pacific Inn, is an Inn. Nothing more nothing less. But for the price we paid, it was excellent. We had a somewhat good view from our room, since it was facing the vacant lot beside the inn. Our room was simple and had a modern design. We were at the heart of the City, so close to Davao Malls. It was pretty affordable and we liked it there.

Good location, facilities need improvement”

First Pacific Inn is situated along Elpidio Quirino Avenue which is accessible to a lot of local restaurants and international fastfood chains as well as 7-11 branches. I found out that this is not a new building but it did undergo refurbishment which makes it look fresh and new. There are tell-tale signs that it is indeed not new as the door to the shower room inside my room was visibly old. You also had to use an actual key to open the room instead of just the key card. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were able to help me with all requests I had during my stay. The room was clean and spacious although I'm not sure if I made a mistake of booking the room as I had two beds instead of one big bed when I arrived. No worries. I just moved the beds closer to each other. What needs to be improved on are its facilities. The remote control of the TV was not working. Desk lamp also had no switches so I had to unplug it from the socket. The toilet could use a bidet too.

We arrive here earlier prior our time for check in to this hotel. But they were so kind and accomodating upon our arrival and were able to have enough rest and more time to travel around davao city. Hotel is so clean. Very satisfied according to our needs and the location is perfect spot for our destination around...

Perfect Bagpacker's Stay In”

My recent visit in davao was for leisure. and had to check for a cheapest yet worth it place to stay while strolling in the city. Their location is perfect for people who want to go anywhere from the heart of the city to the downtown and to uptowns.. their location is accessible for transportation and for easy walks. cleanliness is good since they clean everyday the staff is so kind, happy and very helpful to the guests. they are truly an example of what davaoeños/dabawenyos is. Facilities is somewhat good since im a bagpacker. i really dont spend my time watching or sleeping for a very long time.. their facilities is for comfort that they make sure you can rest at night without any noise.

Nice and affordable hotel at city center”

Very nice hotel and excellent value for money. Staff and security guard are very helpful. This is my second stay here. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends planning to visit Davao.

Convenient”

The location is👍. Walking distance to people's park. You can do jogging at the park early morning, many people do it and it feels like home. Bank's are nearby, so if easy to withdraw if you become broke 😁😂. The city hall, cathedral, parks, museo dabawenyo are within reach by foot. Enjoy walking because it's good as exercise. Not far from the museo dabawenyo is the D Bone musuem, make sure not to miss this. Museo dabawenyo and D bone musuem has tour guide, they give very informative details. It's 👍👍. Few blocks away from the hotel is the Penong's and Saging Repablik which happen to be in my itinerary, which makes the it great place to stay. Roxas night market, pasalubong center, bankerohan market, aldhevinco shopping center and Gmall are all within reach by foot. So enjoy walking.😊👣 711 is the nearest convenient store which is 3-5 minutes walk (depend how you walk 🚶) For the price, book day before or within the day, it is much cheaper. 😊👍 Before leaving the hotel, you triple check your belongings. Because during check out they will not inspect your room. After you hand over the keys, they will just say that you're good to go. The cleans are room, during check in they have this form, you have options if you like them to clean the room or not. This makes you feel more secure that once you leave the room on day time, they will not enter without your permission. So it's 👍👍👍

nothing fancy but a good place to stay for the night in Davao if you are out most of the day. located in downtown, near to food places, hospital, and malls.

The location is great, near Ateneo de Davao, Aldevinco, and People's Park. It has spacious rooms.

Nice place for a decent price”

The room is big enough for me and my friend, it's not too cramped in our opinion. Beds were comfy enough, which is a must if you're out all day exploring and have a nice, comfy bed to rest. Location is the key point here, it's along the main road, so accessibility is not an issue. It's also within walking distance to some places like the People's Park, City Hall, and the Bangkerohan Market. I booked a twin room for around 1200/night, 2 pax, which I think is a fairly reasonable price considering the location and it's the Kadayawan festival week when I booked the room.

Polite and friend staffs, clean rooms, accessible to all. Walking distance to Roxas night market, People’s park and bangkerohan market. Only downside for me is the water pressure can be low at times and no bidet or tabo. Would still consider staying at this hotel though when I visit Davao.

i found this hotel in agoda and it was on sale... read the reviews, then tsadan...booking confirmed! it was a good and decent hotell with a cute and refreshing interior.... staff were friendly and accommodating.. the only probs was they dont offer meals ... make sure your bring snacks/foods " take out" before heading there... :-)

Value for money if you book with agoda”

Accomodating staff, elevator was a plus, the linens were not itchy after all, located at the heart of the city, their standard check-in time is 12noon. BUT Only 2 vehicles can park at their parking space. Lucky i was too tired after a day of running errands, I went back early so i get to park their first. Room was not well lit. The bathroom looked clean But it would be better if it has a bidet inside or at least a pail and a water dipper. Overall, i am still a satisfied customer. 👍🏻
