I booked on Agoda 16days before check-in date and expected to be charged on my card automatically. But when i arrived, they asked me if i want to pay cash or by card. So it was not a smooth process. Plus RM50 deposit which could not be paid by card. I use e-wallet n go cashless alot, so this is quite troublesome for me as i need to find atm asap. They gave me the wrong room at first and asked me to return to the receptionist to change the key..mybe they should've meet me at the other room instead of i had to go up n down few times. It was not a pleasant check in. I booked for 4nights, and on the second day they called me to tell i reached the time limit for checking out or i wanted to extend..again it was not a pleasant experience.. Overall, room was good and clean, with daily housekeeping. But service was bad. Please establish SOP for your employees so that there wont be miscommunications in the future.
