Nice hotel”

Nice hotel di Surabaya Rungkut area, near Juanda airport. In front of the hotel there is Transmart supermarket. Some banks and restaurants exist in the area. Friendly & lovely staffs. Clean bedroom & bathroom. Breakfast was not really great. Also, there's swimming pool at ground floor.

Very close to rungkut industri”

If you work in rungkut industri the hotel is very close. The frist time I came to fave hotel, the hotel has same area with hypermarket, but now the hypermarket is undercontruction.

A pleasant night stay”

I have stayed at Fave hotels across Indonesia and their typical chain hotel very clean and thrower in their processes, the staff were attentive, welcoming and accommodating were they could assist. The good lady wife and I stayed at the Hotel on this occasion for a night as I was transiting home and doing business in Surabaya. The facilities were comfortable, clean, with specious room with good room services that large pool and dining facilities. The hotel was a little back off the road at the rear of an office complex and Trans studio shopping center with a large grocery store, food court kids play center with cinema all with walking distance to the hotel. The clientele more domestically orientated and the staffs spoke limited English but were fantastic in every way possible, a great pleasant stay once again at a Fave Hotel.

though a bit far from airport but the location is quite strategic for business traveler that would like goto several industrial park such as Rungkut. a big plus cause in front of hotel there's a Transmart, Wendys restos, Burger King and others. no worries to find meals or buy something. hotel has a clean modern design room, medium space and toiletries, bed comfy. bfast lots of variety even got a nice desert such bubur sumsum, kacang hitam, etc. but for the snacks / cakes bit plain. staff quite helpfull too.

No complaint”

I have always stayed here when in Surabaya. Nothing really to complain about. Having being at hotels from NTB to Medan, I have to say that it is good, value for money and speaks well for its star class. The hotel has maintained its standard over the years, I think I have been staying here for the last 5 years or so. Check-in/out is easy, once you are in the system. And the 1 or 2 of the desk clerks who have been there for 2-3 years know me by name when I walk in, which does make a difference. And, I cannot complain about the breakfast. Eggs of choice available on request. Transmart food court next door is a plus. Indomaret is not too far away. Plenty of parking space. Wifi in some rooms that are further away from the lift could be a bit slow.

Other than the location, everything else is fine”

Several metres away from Transmart Rungkut, there is one separate area where the hotel is located. Access is limited, one entry and exit via the auto gate parking on it's own. The room was clean and spacious. Amenities limited to toothbrush and drinking water taken from outside of the room. Breakfast not so much of a choice. But for a short term stay, it's acceptable

Budget hotel with good quality”

It's one of the best budget hotels I've ever stayed. Actually I didn't expect much when i stayed at this hotel. Then, i ended up with enjoying to stay here tho. The room is spacious and clean, and that's all i need. I would recommend it to those who need budget hotel. It's really a great choice.

Everything is fine except..”

Services was fine,condition of the room was fine,cleanliness tip top,but the only problem is , they need to work on the airconditioner. For a hotel room with one hp isnt enough. We chcked in at 9pm but the room only become fully cold at 1am.weve been slept in sweat til then.

This fave is unusual from other Fave, because there're swimming pool and Breakfast Taste is well tasty. Good Chef. Room and other facilities is same as other Fave Hotel. This Hotel is behind to Trans Mart. Walking distance

Very clean, fresh, new hotel with friendly staff.”

First impression of this hotel is fresh and new. There is Transmart under construction nearby the hotel. When i entered the room, the room was hot and the air cond didn't work properly. I called the staff to check and fix the air cond. After the staff fixed it, it was cold and nice. Facilities in this hotel is just nice for budget hotel, swimming pool was quite small, the food was a bit pricy but the taste was okay. Overall, i recommend this hotel for budget travellers.

After the Reception staff gave me the room key. I went to my bedroom. I was very surprised the hotel room is still occupied. It's very important the staff check on the hotel room. I hope this won't happened again with another customers!

Clean and friendly”

The hotel is consider a new one with clean room with great view and fresh scent. Wi-fi was free but a little bit slow. The staffs were friendly and helpfull. We stayed there for 2 nights and the kids enjoy the room very much even though a bit small for them to roam around. The hotel provides hot water only dispenser near the elevator on each floor. The only problem for us were we could not find any groceries store near by since carefour (sits in front of the hotel) is renovating and will close down temporarily by the end of november 2016.

so clean, helpfull staff, brightly room, minus there is no mineral water in the room, just dispenser outside the room that share with all guest. no refrigerator. but worth it for it cost. the location near with transmart, just only walking

Near airport ”

It's a decent hotel with basic facility for the price. It's located in a quite location but there's a huge shopping mall in front of it. Room amenities could be improved and the selection of breakfast is pretty limited.
