Check in and out are super easy and fast.. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room are clean and comfy. Just there are a strong smell of the carpet on the corridor outside the room. beautiful hotel in a perfect location. all staffs are helpful and smiling all the way. especially the front desk girl. she's beautiful and friendly. she allowed early check in for me. sadly did not have the chance the see her during my check out as i was rushing for my early morning flight. will definetely go back to this hotel..for sure.

Get a free upgrade because room I request didnt available, air conditioner is good, bed ok, toilet good, dont get it wrong, they dont serve mineral bottle anymore, but they prepare water dispenser in the alley. Next i want to stay here anymore.

One of my favourite budget hotels in Jakarta ”
I thank the staff for being very kind and helpful, they made sure I was happy. If you complain about anything, they'll sort it out for sure. They'll change your room if you needed to. Room is cleaned everyday, WiFi, aircon, hot water, safe box, cable TV, all worked fine with me. 8th floor, on top of a specialist trade centre (Elictrical, Mechanic, DIY, etc...). Download Grab or GoJek apps and you got your transportation sorted!

We're a bit wary when booking this place since most reviews said that it's quite noisy. However, our experience proves that it's quiet enough for us. The place could be cleaner, however since it's weekend, many guests come and go, so we understand the issue. Our only complaint is the staff seems to lack experience. We placed a deposit, but no receipt, and while checking out we can't provide it. Thankfully the checkout staff is quick to resolve this problem. The breakfast selections are plenty and taste good too. thumbs up for this hotel.
