An average hotel for light travellers”

Unfortunately we were not able to spend any nights at this hotel because I made a mistake in the booking. We were supposed to spend 2 nights at the hotel i.e. 24th March to 26th March 2015 but I mistakenly left the date to be 20th March to 22 March 2015 (the date of the booking). And when we tried to make booking over the counter on 24th March 2015, we found that the rate for the room was very much higher. Thus we decided to book another hotel which is much cheaper and it was a good deal too when compared with favehotel Langko Mataram.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotels, booked 3 deluxe rooms for 6. The location is almost at the city center. It's easy to go to most of the sightseeing in Lombok. Hotel is also clean, breakfast was good, and the staff are helpful.

Very helpful staff”

Stayed there for 3 nights. The staff were very helpful The breakfast was awesome. They arranged Bike rentals for us. Location is bit far from Lombok airport. But they have airport pick and drop facilities for a nominal fee. They have their own massage and spa facilities.

Best location - near to At-Taqwa Mosque & Islamic Centre Lombok”

This hotel is so clean and pinky hehe The best hotel if you wish to visit At-Taqwa Mosque and Islamic Centre Mosque. Room a little bit smelly but once i report this to recep, they send their housekeeping people to spray the perfume, so it was ok. But the dish outside some room really looked messy at the corridor. Hope there is staff to clean up fast. The staff is really helpful. Breakfast is nice and good. Only the worst part, the chef that make the fried / scramble egg is so slow and not alert at all. There is 2 chef are helping each other to make 1 egg ! And my sister has stand on the line for about 15 minutes and has been cut by 2 or 3 people that are not even line up. She became angry that she has no mood to eat. So nice food but no mood. Hope the staff can be more alert next time.

Casual Modarn hotel in the city center ”

New hotel. interior is in white and pink. very clean and comfortable. I stayed standard twin room. Very good wifi in a room, a lots of tv Chanel include Movie Chanel like HBO and NHK( Japanese channel). Safety box, mineral water, teeth brush. No fridge. If u don't need Indonesian feeling, it is good choice.

Great CBD hotel”

Great basic hotel. Very neat and tidy. Great food and very fresh. The staff are fantastic. The rooms are basic but well maintained and very clean. There is no pool or gym. This is not a resort hotel and it’s in the CBD not the tourist area. So if this is the location you want then I certainly recommend this hotel. Thanks for. A great stay Fave

As usual of fave standard, very good basic hotel at reasonable price. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Good for a hotel transit before going to gili's the next day or stay over before the next day's flight.

There were convenient store and ATM just across the street. Several food stahl There are several food stalls around the hotel in normal hours time. Few are open until midnight at walking distance into neighborhood areas. WiFi sometimes weak in the room. Breaksfast was fine.

Even though it’s 3 star and cheap, the service is like 4 star hotel and the bedsheets are clean and good value for money. It’s in the middle of the city and it’s easily accessible to everywhere. It’s good so far staying and keep up with the good work!

It's a good hotel, nothing amazing, but clean and close to the immigration office. We stayed here two separate times and were so impressed by the staff. So kind and helpful! The breakfast is a big buffet and the rooms are clean enough with great cable TV. The beds are amazing!

Stayed here overnight while renewing Indonesian visa. The immigration office was only a few blocks away, making it very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffet. Strong WiFi, comfortable bed, and hot shower with good water pressure. Definitely recomme, especially if in town to renew visa.

I arrived almost midnight. So not must thing too enjoy about the hotel. The most important thing in my mine is to get a good wifi connection and great coffee. The room look nice and comfortable. The only thing should improve is about hot water for drinking. I have to walk out at the middle of the night only for a glass of hot water. I suggest maybe the hotel can provide a thermos by request since I am a hot water drinker...
