This is absolutely nice hotel near the airport. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staffs are good. They have 4 suttles in the morning which is a bliss for travelers. Wish they had more shuttles for evening or night travelers when transport is more important. Just one bad feeling, i sent them a message through agoda to know if there any shuttle at night but they didn’t reply. I had to book taxi ultimately which was obvious anyway since there is not shuttle at night.

Stayed here for two nights. Staff were so friendly and polite. Room is spacious compare to nearby hotels, cleanliness was amazing sparkling, breakfast was so so so tasty. Only 10 mins to and from airport. This hotel has free shuttle bus every 2 hours which make it more convenient. Thank you Fave Hotel.

The hotel location is really near from Airport, but have poor cleaning. Pillow and bad is have really bad smell, look like used by previous customer, not changed for new customer.

Not close to airport / arrange your own transport”
Hotel is called "Bandara" meaning airport hotel but it is not that close to the terminals like the other hotels on the toll road. I asked front desk night before to arrange for bluebird or other car to take me to airport (because their shuttle bus only goes every TWO HOURS). Reminded them next morning 30 mins before. 10 mins after the scheduled time, I ask and they have not even booked. 20 mins later, they said taxi cancelled. Then they charged me IDR50K for their shuttle to take me to the airport. Arrange your own transport.

The Hotel was close to the Airport, It is good for overnight stay if you have to catch a flight early morning, There is scope for the Hotel management to brighten up the rooms and maintain little more cleanliness. The breakfast was good.

I informed my arrival time but free shuttle didn't come. The reception staff apologized me finally when I argued with her. But she didn't compensate my wasting time to wait the shuttle bus and taxi fee from airport to the hotel. The towel is old and I noticed several ants near the bed, even though the building itself looks new. Unlike my estimation through the map, it takes 25 minutes from the airport terminal to the hotel.

Problems experienced, Counter staff was not familiar with the check-out procedure. He could not find the information from the computer system. Counter staff was concurrently dealing with other issues. Kept waiting in frustration, had to sternly warn him to stop the other matters and finish with my check-out. Concerned with my credit card having been swiped several times There was renovation work in the morning. I worked my computer late into the night. Was rudely awoken by the sound of heavy objects moving continuously. Could not go back to sleep anymore. Mosquitoes infestation in the area, including the hotel building. Weak air-conditioning in the restaurant, sweating, also very uncomfortable with mosquitos harassing & landing on the food. Hands busy chasing the irritating insects. Restaurant staff were helpless with the situation. Offensive smell of marijuana in the hotel said to be burning leaves. No refrigerator in the guest room.
