Clean. . Receptionist nice and friendly. Fast response through Agoda message or even email. Easy to check in an check out. I check out early at 8am and deposit refund they will bank in. Within few hours already bank in. Very fast. Overall very nice for the price point. Well worthy. Buy through Agoda is a lot cheaper so I saved. Thank you.

Budget hotel suitable short stay”

the room and bathroom are clean and comfort, but no sound proof between rooms and corridors which can easily hear guests' shouting/laughing/talking voices. the guesthouse easy access to hawker stalls which's just downstairs and next few shops.

The worth staying budget hotel at very good rate. ”

It is value for money, location wise can be considered good but with limited parking space, the only drawback are the rooms are not sound proof, check-in counter closes at 10pm & walk-up shoplots, not suitable for old people. Unfortunately, we have encountered a small issue that the receptionist, who checked us in, speaks loudly causing disturbance to hotel guests. Good thing was the manager Mr Koh gave clear direction on how to enter the premise, he was pretty efficient & attentive, he helps in all our needs. Generally, others are good & we enjoyed our stay!

Good Location”

We really enjoyed the location. Situated near local hawker food center. Near to Kek Lok Si and other attraction. The staffs were polite and helpful. The owner provide effective and efficient service. Facilities are well-provided and complete. two toilets were provided. ~~~ The rooms were smaller than expected. Sound-proof not ideal. Night time disturbed by noisy neighbors. The toilets are too small. The rooms are humid and smelly. The air-cond is not powerful enough for a hot room.

Value for money & clean”

Everthing good ......location nearby wet market Ayer Hitam & Temple Kek Lok Shi, staff friendly & helpful, room is clean, share toilet but clean & much. Kitchen facilities provide & value for money. Need go up fourth floor....no lift but it's many food court & mini market down stairs.

Family room is enough for 8 people”

Inside have free wifi, water refill and retail shop at below. The hotel at 5 stage. The older age may not suit to go up.

Good location near kek lok si temple about 5 minutes drive. Every sunday have night market. Downstair have many chinese restaurant.small room good location. But a bit noisy.

Way up”

The place is situated at the top of shop lot and it is 3 storey high. Lots of dragging stuff if have many bags. Who need gym if you book here. 😂

Not safe for female travelers”

Not much to complain abt the room looking at the price charged but there's a big breach of security here: The other night we( me n my sis) went bk n saw a bunch of men( think one of the guest brought them in) sitting at the front counter(staff only duty till 10pm daily), which was just infront of our room. We are not being paranoid but Imagine what could happen if they really are bad people. So if ure ladies travellers I would strongly suggest that u look somewhere else. Shud be fine if ure guys

Budget Inn- Climb 4th floor Stair ”

Everything good, just thin wall even sneeze also can listen and need climb up 4th floor. Front building no signage, need call up and ask. No 24 hours reception.

We booked this hotel very last minute at 10+pm, after that we manage to reach the hotel at 11+pm, it's at 5th floor. After we climb up the staircase all the way, but the check in staff has left and we tried to call the contact number provided by agoda, but nobody answer phone call. Then I have to call to agoda to inform the incident and cancel the booking, very bad experience. If you can't handle check in anytime then better dun sell online, or Pls put a remark in the website to inform guest latest check in time. Frustrated when this happened while we were traveling with a 6 momths old baby and 2kids.

Pros: good location for food, room is spacious, wifi strong and with small kitchenette Cons: staircase- too high up(too much), too noisy at night from downstairs, no shoes allow after entering the reception, no towels provide for a family room(must pay).
