"Chose on the basis of hot tub, sauna, bar and inside pool and saw none of these. There was no cable and cd's had to be gotten from the lobby but only one movie at a time was allowed. Chose a side view room to see part of the ocean and city but could see neither because they were blocked by trees. "

"There were a few bugs at night. But it's the South, at the beach. The pools were beautiful, the view amazing, the staff so friendly and professional, the Yella Umbrella poolside bar OUTSTANDING (yells out to To. Ronnie and Kayla) - such kind women. Rose Room breakfast across the street, an included part of the stay, excellent. I was at the resort 5 or 6 days, and it was completely peaceful. My only complaint? My broken heart at an enormous loss of my family (not from there!); whom I complain about is MYSELF for burdening the staff with MY tears. And they listened. And they showed great compassion. A WONDERFUL place with wonderful people. 15 Stars."

"Staff very rude. Weird smell in the office and hallways. Elevator smelled like urine. Room was dirty. Leftover food in the microwave from last guests. Refrigerator didn’t work. Elevators only worked twice. Don’t waste your money 🤦🏽‍♀️"

"I found the Caribbean Resort at Myrtle Beach doing a search for a long weekend trip with the family - it popped up early. Excellent location right on the beach! An awesome deal for this type of location! We stayed in the Jamaican Tower - an older building on the property. But it has been upgraded: Rooms have new flooring, new fixtures in the bathroom, room seemed to be recently painted. "

"Good experience we had a room on the 19t floor with a great view of the beach. Pool closes at 11pm so didn’t make it & it was a lot of kids there. Only the jacuzzi and the lazy river was open the big pool was closed. Location is ok. You do have to pay a deposit when you get there so bring extra cash. Parking is a little walk but it’s ok. The elevators are maybe the worst part but not that bad there are 19 floors and only 4 elevators so do the math. I would definitely visit again but only for a short amount of time the elevators are frustrating. "

"The beach access was very convenient. One can walk from hotel to the beach and enjoy a nice stroll any time. Our room was fine, though we did have to call the front desk for the blow dryer and extra shampoo--there was only one bottle for a 4-person room. There wasn't a hotel directory, and we couldn't find an ice machine on our floor. When we asked a cleaning staff, she didn't know either. We booked the hotel b/c it boasted of beach access and several swimming pools, lazy river, pirate ship, water slides, etc. Perhaps it was because of the season (early October), the water slides were closed, which was disappointing to our child. Other than that, everything else was fine."

"First at all the resort was built completely out of mind!! Yes, it was very cold and that made the stay horrible because my suite was on the rear end of the resort -Palms Tower -and the only way to go to the indoor water park is to exit the resort walk through the valet service and walk in the frigid weather..!!! I asked to change and to stay in a different side of it but they were full(?). Anyway to use the lazy river you still had to get out of the resort and walk to go to the other wing, the Palmetto Tower..and the fitness center was on the fifth floor,not safe to use alone ....because of the position of it. The parking garage is across from the resort !!!! You have to cross north ocean blvd to get to it. Yes, the weather was not helping but it is too much of an hassle to use any of the amneties without a cover connection .Sorry but we did NOT enjoyed staying here."
