" would like to thanks all the staff for their kind attention, restaurant, housekeeping, front desk and specially Ms Hoa who was very helpful and had managed well to change the date of our flight ticket. In fact i have booked and paid on Agoda a room for 8 days, but the day after our arrival, while trying to carry my baby i was stuck because of a back pain, and we have to return urgently to Ho Chi Minh to see a specialist, again all staff were very helpful. At that time, i have asked to the front desk staff if it was possible to be reimbursed but without any hope as everything was already paid, and staff have told me to check myself with Agoda, but on my Agoda account it was written and clear that it wont be possible. At that time, one Front desk staff had asked for my email address and said that the resort will check with Agoda, again, for me the money was lost, but few days later Agoda had contacted me and reimburse half of the amount which is much more that fare. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks The Resort Management and also Agoda both for the professional way they have handled this case. About the resort, our room was a Superior Garden view, the room is very spacious and comfortable with a small salon, large bed and also a baby bed, nice swimming pool, garden in front of the river with a free local food testing, huge buffet breakfast with Asian and European food and again nice staff, and the resort is quiet and close to the center of Hoi An, I recommend this resort and will definitely returned as i am working in Vietnam."

"one of my colleagues and i decided to escape the chaos of hcmc for the weekend and decided to head to hoi an for the weekend. this was a last minute trip and i had heard about this hotel from a friend who had stayed here with his girlfriend. they both loved the hotel and when we arrived we were not disappointed. we had arranged for transport from them the airport and the trip from the airport to the hotel went very smoothly. the staff were very courteous. we loved the room we had on the ground floor next to the pool. the room was a great size for the price and was very clean. the bathroom was also much larger than most hotels. i loved that the room had a divider in the middle. my friend is an early riser and the room worked out perfectly as she was able to get up early in the morning and fool around on the computer and drink tea, while i slept. we also enjoyed the breakfast that was served on the first floor with a view of the river. this hotel is located right across from the famous japanese bridge and in a quiet section of the city. it is 5-7 minute drive into the center of town, but that was fine with us, as we were happy to ride the bicycles that the hotel provides. we had all ready booked another more expensive hotel for the three other days that we stayed in hoi an (before we booked this hotel), but if i were to go back to hoi an, i would definitely stay here again. "

"We had the best experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing. They took time answering our questions, organizing our tours, offering us the best tailors to shop with, and found us the best deals around. The hotel is located SUPER close to everything you’ll need to see for the best experience. The ancient town, day and Night market, nightlife, bridge are all quick walking distance. The hotel itself was very clean and had a very friendly atmosphere. The room was excellent as it was always spiffy clean, spacious, and had great temperature control. The bathroom facilities were of the highest standard we have seen in our South East Asia travels. My friend and I would definitely come back to this location again. We highly recommend staying here. "What a great resort, one of the best in stayed in during my travels around SE Asia. Nearly brand spanking new and within walking distance to down town Hoi An. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the large pool was a welcome respite after a sweaty day walking the streets. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to an 'Emerald Suite' on arrival (we had originally booked a river view room. The suite was very large and had the most amazing view of both the swimming pool and river. It also had one of this pod type chairs on the balcony which was great for relaxing. The resort itself had a large, well appointed restaurant (although admittedly we only used it for breakfast - which were buffet and delicious), it also had a small gym (which was more of a 'gym-ette' with just a sprinkling of small weights and two treadmills) and a day spa. The hotel was kind enough to arrange a tour to My Son for us as well as return airport (Danang) transfers and I would definitely recommend booking your tours through the hotel. Pros of the resort: the room was very large (50 sqm) and very modern. The bathroom was absolutely HUGE !! with both a separate bathtub and a large, powerful shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the reception staff spoke fluent English. The resort boasted lovely sunset views over the river and was only a 5-10 minute walk away from the main town area of Hoi An (which is a very lovely town). We never felt unsafe walking back, even at night but a taxi probably wouldn't cost much. It was also very quiet. There was also the opportunity to hire bikes directly opposite the hotel for about $3 a day and we cycled out to the nearest beach at Cua Dia (about 7km away)."

"This place is 5 stars for the price of 2 stars. Fell in love with this homestay the moment I checked in. Very warm and helpful staffs, they are always willing to help and made me feel safe throughout my stay. Room is excellent, very bright and clean, new furniture, state of the art shower, some rooms come with fan as well, beautiful balcony facing quiet neighbourhood instead of the busy noisy street and only a couple of steps to the night market. Initially booked and paid another hotel for my next 3 nights in Hoi An after spending 3 nights in Q Villa, but I decided to move back to Q Villa on the 3rd day when they had an available room for me. Would definitely come back again."
