"We were happy with our stay at the Comfort Inn Fountain Hills. The room was nice and included a refrigerator and microwave. The free breakfast every morning was a nice perk. The pool and jacuzzi were refreshing and relaxing. The location was great for visiting my sister in Fountain Hills! Because it was summer in Arizona, I was able to get a great price on the room by booking through Agoda. However, there was a huge hassle getting checked in because the name on the booking was not the same as the name on the credit card that I was using to pay for the room. The Manager would not allow me to check in (even though I had picture ID and the credit card that had already been charged) until I called Agoda and got everything straightened out. The Manager made it clear that he did not like dealing with third party reservations. It took over a half an hour to get checked in. I feel that the Manager was very unprofessional in how he handled this situation. "

"Overpriced for the typical tired motel room that you get here. However, there are very few options in Fountain Hills so this is as good as it gets unless you’re ready to spend $300 a night!"
