"Stayed here on several occasions before enroute to visiting family. Love the location and being next/part if the mall means plenty of shopping time. Hotel is good value and staff are always helpful. Will continue to book this hotel and recommend it "

"The room was ok and it was clean. It was a kitchenette but there were no dishes, pots, pans, etc. Actually, just like Old Mother Hubbard the cabinets were completely bare. The was no shampoo, etc; and only one plastic cup. There wasn't even a Do Not Disturb tag to keep the MAID FROM BEATING ON THE DOOR AT 8AM SUNDAY MORNING!!!. The absolute worst thing was, we were one room from the side exit door. The key slot for the door did not work, so if someone did not use the available rock as a door stop they could not get back in. Of course they would just rattle and beat on the door until someone got up and let them in. "

"area under construction but in an area where you have everything. less than a mile to the forida mall and 3 miles to the mall of millenia. a quick hop onto sand lake takes you to international drive."

"They let you book a room for more people than it can accommodate and then it becomes your responsibility as you booked it... Ideally if you have more people it should not allow you to book the room. The room which were initially provided to us were in terrible condition. Even the bed sheets were not there on the second bed. The rooms were not clean and were in bad condition. It seems they do not have ample room service as the receptionist was running around to address peoples concern. They did change our rooms and give us slightly cleaner rooms and we had to take it as we just had to spent few hours before our flight early morning otherwise we would not have stayed there..... ... The location of the place is good as it is close to the airport (that was the reason I booked it) but cleanliness bad and hence I would not recommend it to the families unless you are not getting any other options ...... I hope they do a better management and improve this facility.... I wish them luck"
