"I hand a good 2 day stay at the centara hotel in Udon Thani. Hotel was spotless, although ever so slightly dated. Pool area on 5th floor was small and pool was rather shallow (waist high), Also on same floor was a massage/spa area and gym. Live band was on both nights of my stay and bar area was fine. Next door is the most modern building.in Udon. The Central Plaza shopping complex. There are other hotels and rooms for rent closer to nightlife area. If I was to return to Udon, I would stay in one of those, but just because I like to try different places. So overall a good sray"

"In December I had a very pleasant stay for 4 days at the Pannarai Hotel in Udon Thani. This is a lovely hotel, clean, very comfortable rooms with great bathroom (maybe hot water in the wash basin could be considered?), in room safe, robes, comfortable bed, free water, plenty of TV channels for all. Breakfast is very good, wholesome and hot, with a good choice of Oriental and Western food. I had to do some laundry and this was quite cheap for a 4 star hotel, with everything returned smelling fresh and neatly folded. The price is very good value for money. Car parking is available on site. The rooms have very good double glazing, so even with some noisy bars nearby this does not disturb sleeping. Although I did not need it, they will organise a pick-up/drop-off at the airport! All in all a very nice trip, and I will definitely go back again when I am visiting Udon Thani."

"Definitely the best hotel in Udon Thani. I made a mistake with the arrival date while booking. The staff gently sorted out my problem without any additional costs! Rare. The bedrooms are spacious and new, especially the Suite with a large bath tub. The breakfast is nice and the bar/restaurant elegant enough to relax and drink a cocktail. Not far from UD town, 7 minutes walk. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended. "

"A hotel that seems very well managed by competent management, which is not always the case. The 8 Hotel Udonthani is located in the center of the town of Udon Thani, close to everything : shopping center and places to relax. It is located 100 meters from the bus station. The reception staff are particularly friendly, cheerful and very customer-friendly. Very professional, they try to provide all possible help in case of difficulty during the stay. The rooms are particularly clean, bright and well appointed. The bathroom is spotless. We stayed 2 days in this hotel and our stay was without any hotel problems. We will return with pleasure and we will advise for a stay in Udon Thani. A little tip : a brand new bus of the city of Udon Thani to assist passengers at exit 1 of the airport. The ticket costs 20 baths and a space is provided inside the bus for suitcases and backpacks. The Central Plaza stop is located 150 meters from The 8 Hotel Udonthani. "

"Wonderful hotel, clean, friendly staff, great facilities in room - including a Dulce Gusto coffee machine (capsules free from reception - at least they were for me!) and a really comfortable bed. I ate at the hotel as I was there for one one and really couldn't be bothered going out - the food was good value and very nice. If I'm in Udon Thani again this would be on my list. "

"Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful,they always greeting and smiling to us. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Facilities such as swimming pool, sauna room and etc are fantastic. The breakfast was awesome and also a la carte menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. "This hotel is your best choice in Udon Thani town. It is very new and the rooms are nicely decorated. The location is right behind the Central Dep Store, and in the main nightlife area. Perfect stay for the value! I can always recommend and will also chose this hotel again. "

"We have stayed at the Brown House a few times now and keep coming back due to it's overall value. Prior to finding the Brown House, we have stayed in many of the hotels in Udon Thani city center. While not in downtown, it is a short Tuk Tuk drive away. We like the fact it is a bit further away because of the lack of noise. With what we believe is the best hotel pool in Udon Thani, it is a best bet for families with children. In addition, Nong Bua park is an easy 5 minute walk to the lake and has swings, slide, exercise equipment, etc dotted around the lake. Good breakfast and nice staff add to the overall experience."
