"We chose Canvas Boutique Hotel for our last day stay in Puerto Princesa because our flight back to Manila is too early and we need to stay in a Hotel near the airport. And, we chose this Hotel because of its looks and the very high reviews. At first, my companions were skeptic when they saw the Hotel along the road because it looked small. But when we entered the Hotel, I saw that they were surprised & happy. What we have seen in the pictures and read on the reviews were true. Hotel is very near the airport and in front of the pasalubong center. It is like a huge canvas with Instagram worthy facilities and works of art all around the place. Hotel has top-notch, 5-star customer service from check-in until check-out. We had early check-in on our rooms, and rooms are big & spacious with nice art designs, comfy beds, stable WiFi connection & cool airconditioning. We ate dinner at The Painted Table and food was very delicious and worth the spending. Must tries are the nacho basket and the costillas adobadas. Moreover, we also ate buffet breakfast there and had a hearty meal. Its unfortunate that we only had a day of stay there, but if we would come back in Palawan, we shall definitely stay in Canvas Boutique Hotel."

"Went to Palawan for an online appointment with DFA for my sons passport renewal. It was our first time to visit Palawan as well, so decided to go sight seeing at Puerto Princesa after our appointment. We chose HUE hotel since it located right beside Robinsons Mall which is where DFA office is located. It is very convenient , you only need to walk to get to the mall. Quite impressed with the staff , everyone was very friendly and courteous. Special mention to Fortun our shuttle bus driver who met us at the airport. Fortun is friendly and bery informative when we asked for information. Staff at the restaurant ate also very nice and attentive . They had initiative and they remembered what our apecial request were the first day so we didn'nt have to ask for it. They automatically served my son with his glass of ice and set the salt and pepper for myself at our table. They kept on checking if there is anything else we needed. Special thanks to Cha, Chubbs and Charm. The breakfast serve was quite good , they had different choices everyday for the 4 days that we stayed with them. Hotel is 15 mins by tricycle to recommended local restaurants such as Kalui and Kinabutch. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, bed was comfortable and room was clean. I would definitely cme back to stay with HUE:) "

"Fabulous little, secluded, family run resort about 5K outside of El Nido proper. The staff are amazing, the food is very good and the accommodations are roomy, yet spartan. If you want to get away from it all then this is ideal. A great spot for couples. But you will have to get used to no road access, a scheduled speedboat is available multiple times daily, or you can hike along the beach to various bars and restaurants within easy reach. However, no electricity until 6pm, which means no TV or minibar, but if this sounds appealing - and it does become so - then this is the spot for you. Great sightseeing options available with their own crew and every staff member has a smile to greet you. I will be coming back."

"The hotel and location is beautiful. No direct beach access but I was told this is true for most of hotels in the area. Bacau does have a dock where you can watch the sunset while you dangle from a hammock (it's awesome!). This is also where you aboard boats to go island hopping! The manager, Gilbert was so accommodating and lovely. He made sure throughout the days that we had everything we needed as a big group (5 families) to enjoy our Coron visit to the fullest. His recommendations regarding tours was spot on. I highly recommend booking tours and excursions through the hotel as they really take care of you and the sense of security of having the hotel staff guide us was very important. Included in the staff that accompanied us was a chef that cooked our lunch on a private island! We've heard dysenteric stories from friends who had gone island hopping in Palawan before so this was definitely a sigh of relief. The other staff, esp Jack and Diane were awesome!"

"The FO staff are friendly and accommodating. Guards are polite. Complimentary buffet breakfast has variety F&B staff are attentive. The room I've booked is perfect size for my family of 4 members. Clean, homey and good value for money. Location wise, it's almost near all good restaurant's in the city. However, I'm suggesting for them to invest on a good first aid kit. My brother got an upset stomach. I've asked if they have a (hot/cold compress) water bag and medicine for diarrhea but they don't have it (though it is understandable that they can't just give medicine.) Though I appreciate that the Receptionist has suggested on where we can buy the medicine. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to Fersal incase we travel to Palawan again.
