"i loved to stay at this hotel because it is the hotel that has everything what the hotel should have . during my stay the price was ok though a little high but other period that i wanted to stay again the price had gone up to more than double price which is too much , i think if your price fixed at the reasonable price then it will be perfect to stay at all time whenever i visit lille "

"I will recommend the hotel to anyone and hope to be able to stay again. The hotel was just opposite the central train station and was across the bridge to the excellent shopping mall Euralille. The room was very comfortable and I hardly felt like leaving it. The staff was very helpful and gave good recommendations about traveling and attractions."

"I stayed in this hotel for a full week, and it was a great experience. This hotel is located right in front of the Lille europe station which is connected EuraLille Mall. The front desk is 24/7 open, so that you can use bars and snacks anytime. However, around the station area is not safe at night. There were several homeless people around the train station exits. I have not tried breakfast service but in the morning the diner place was full of people. You can take tram, train, bus, taxi around the hotel. "

"Staff were friendly, room was clean (go for the prestige, it's impressive). One night we popped the tv on to fall asleep to and it could switch from French to English language dubbing which is so silly but such a cool feature! Was pretty close to the centre - maybe not as close as in the actual centre, But lille is very small so it wasn't a problem at all and is not offputting in the slightest as we found the hotels on the square were 2 star and very run down looking. This hotel was beautiful and I loved they really thought about being eco friendly. I was also amazed at how quiet it was! And the bathtub and rainfall shower was great too. I don't actually have a bad thing to say about this hotel. My only minor minor criticism is that we arrived late on Friday and went out to have a quick look around town, when we got back around 11.30 there was no food available, which seemed quite early to me. Staff were really sweet though and offered a cheese plate. Will be back no doubt."

"The location is perfect. It’s between the 2 train stations (Gare de Lille Europe & Gare de Lille Flanders). It’s attached to a big shopping mall where there’s also a big supermarket (Carrefour). There’s also a carpark for the hotel guests underneath the hotel. It’s a short walk to the old Lille area and lots of restaurants and high end shopping. The rooms are clean and big. I booked 2 studios for the family of 4 and we were given rooms right across each other. It has a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and dishwasher. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only negative is it doesn’t have an airconditioning, although it has an electric fan. Our room was a bit hot in the afternoon as it was getting direct sunlight, so I had to turn on 2 electric fans facing directly to the bed as I was feeling a bit uncomfortable with the heat. I guess I’m just not used to hotels without air conditioning."

"The only things missing are the means to make tea or coffee. Quiet room, the beds were very comfortable, the shower had decent pressure and lots of hot water and the optional breakfast was pretty good value for about 9Euros. Short walk from Lille Flanders and if you walk out the exit on the left as you walk away from the trains ( near McDonalds 2019 ) it is in the street across the road. The sign is hidden by an awning, but it is next to the 24 hour cafe. Virtually a door in a wall and you walk down a hallway to reception."
