"It was one of the most outstanding hotels in Bao Loc city. The building is new, well-equipped, and clean in general. However, the hospitality was unacceptable, the staff was incompetent. During the check-in, I had a problem and asked a receptionist for his support. But the receptionist kept telling me that I should deal with Agoda by myself to solve my problem. The hotel sold the room for Agoda - not for a direct customer. That was ridiculous! Then when I checked out, another receptionist calculated my room fees wrongly twice. Even when I and my friend left the city for an hour, she called and explained that she gave me the wrong number for the third time I am totally giving up with them and promise myself never to come back to this hotel again. It is irritating! There're other options in Bao Loc city, even if it's not as new as this one but offers better service. "

"We have stayed here two times but this is the first tiem i write the review. Bed is big and comfort, 4 -stars like bathroom amenities, hot water available, although bathroom towel is a bit old. Recommended. "

"this was my first trip to the lam dong provence and the people at memories really made this trip a great oner for me. the staff was so attentive, so warm and friendly. there wasn't any request they wouldn't help me on with a big genuine smile. from food whenever i wanted, taking care of all my laundry (getting out stains others couldn't) to booking local or in country travel they did it all. they handled everything with such care they made me feel like family. i traveled from bao loc city - nha trang back to bao loc - hcmc and then back to bao loc, they handled all my travel and each time i came back to memories and bao loc city over a two week period i felt like i was coming home. the help i received from the manager with my non english speaking appointments was invaluable, she made doing business in lam dong a pleasure."
