"Hoi An Sil Marina Resort & Spa has a 4 star rating, but the warmth and friendliness of the staff can not be expressed in stars. Super staff that is immediately ready for you and wants to serve you the best. The hotel has really spacious rooms with one or two large good beds and there is also room for two chairs with a coffee table and a desk with chair. The rooms have a good bathroom. An improvement of the bathroom is more lighting. The hotel has also more various rooms and villa’s. Breakfast is excellent. The large swimming pool and the great garden (adjusting the river with a fantastic sunset) is definitely a plus for the hotel. More sunbeds in the sun, use a part of the garden, is an advice. Free hotel bicycles for bicycling to Hoi An and in the area. Its also easy to walk to Hoi An (10 minutes). Overall the hotel is a great choise."

"We booked 2 rooms and it was one of the best experience I've had. We were picked up by the driver at Danang airport which drove us directly to the hotel where we were greeted outside by the staffs. We were provided with refreshing drinks and were checked into our room. The hotel was walking proximity to Pho Co Hoi An. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we also had a wonderful body massage there as well. Overall, one of the best hotel experience and the most friendliest staff. I highly highly recommend this hotel if you're ever visiting Hoi An. Oh it's next to a bike rental so that's a plus. It was fun riding around town on the bike! "

"This is the best hotel I've stayed. Keep in mind I'm comparing Cozy Savvy to something like Hilton, Mercure, etc. The hotel is very clean. Staff is very helpful in helping us on everything we ask for. Be it the restaurant, booking a van and so on. Facility is on point. Pool on the rooftop is remarkable. Breakfast buffet taste good, with enough to choose. Hotel is a bit further from the noisy place which is a good thing. You get to enjoy your evening in peace. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel. I'll stay here again given the chance to go back to Hoi An."

"Recommended!!! It is a very new, clean, and lovely boutique hotel. The room is very spacious. Staying per night comes with a free massage & sauna and it’s absolutely relaxing. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Fresh juice, western-style foods and traditional Vietnam pho are served. Location is good. It’s about 7-8 mins walking distance to the ancient town. We enjoyed our staying with the hotel very much."

"1. Location: Very good; right in front of the bridge that leads you to the night market 2. Room Size: I stayed with my wife and my only daughter in a Jr. Suite Rm. The living area was neither large nor small, but the bathroom was really large 3. Staff: Really kind. I remember some names like Hue, Tai, Tam, etc. Their English fluency was so-so, but they were really willing to communicate. 4. Food: We had a congee for my 3 year old daughter as a room service and she loved it; it was the first time that she really ate that well in Vietnam after 2 days. And the pho was absolutely the best I had in my 4 day stay. 5. Facility: This hotel has two buildings - original one and another nearby and the original's swimming pool is too small. And I felt it was somewhat bothersome to go to the swimming pool in another facility when thinking of having a shower and coming back. 5. Facility"

"This was the best place we stayed in our whole Vietnam trip. It was so convenient! They arranged for hotel transfer for us. They were super helpful, and even ran to the pharmacy for us late at night. Atlas provides bikes which you can ride into town. It took us maybe 4 minutes to get to the edge of Ancient Town, although their policy is you cannot ride bikes in the town past 3pm. So get out early! There was also a free shuttle offered twice a day to go to An Bang Beach. We only stayed for 3 days, and never had a chance to take advantage of this service. But next time we definitely will! Our last day, we were leaving before breakfast opened and they even offered to wrap up to go boxes for us. They had great breakfast the first day, but the next day they had Chinese food for breakfast. I think this was because there was a big tour group staying at the hotel, but I preferred the Vietnamese breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were super. Our AC was a little slow to get cold, but by then we were a little bit used to the hot weather. The only meh part about our stay was 4 of us decided to get massages, and even though the prices were not bad, I think it would've been better for us to go elsewhere for a massage. It seemed like there was only 1 trained masseuse, who was wearing the official uniform. And 3 others didnt look like they actually worked at the hotel. Overall Amazing Stay! Would definitely stay here again!!"

"the hotel is located a 15minute easy walk from town, which makes it quiet and relaxing. it is furnished to a high standard and is very clean. we booked a standard room but were upgraded to superior. the room was a good size and the bathroom was amazing! the pool looked lovely but it was too bad weather to bother going for a dip! the breakfast is best at about 7.30-8am when most guests are down for breakfast, after that when the food has run out only a few things get replaced as the hotel and as it is not very big and most guests are down early to go out and about it seemed fair enough not to put more food out to waste. the basics remained available but if you wanted a good selection of fruit or cinnamon doughnuts you had to be on the ball! overall a fantastic breakfast. the staff are friendly and eager to help but have all been briefed to ask you to visit their tailors. after a couple of times asking we decided to go and get it over with, we didn't order anything but at least we could say we had been, they didn't ask us again. just go on the first day and then they will stop asking. we felt like it was a real luxury after travelling for 3 months. we found it very good value and extended our stay by 4 nights. "

"Truly an excellent stay in every way. The hotel is brand new, elegantly designed with both comfort and luxury in mind. The rooms are stunning with beautiful decor, plush four poster beds, rain showers and ultra soft robes. The pool is to die for with gorgeous tiled flooring and a variety of seating and laying to choose from. The breakfast every morning was superb with on-demand made omelettes, benedicts, pancakes, French toast and pho. Close enough to the Hoi an ancient town to sight see (5 minute walk) but far enough away to have a serene refuge after a busy day. They also provide free bikes which is a great touch!"

"The hotel is new, i was in Hoi An about same time last year when this hotel was being built. By arrival, the receptionist recognised me and greeting me with my name! Perhaps because we was the only Vietnamese group in the hotel. The room is spacious with lovely bath tub and balcony. Breakfast was highlight, a lot of good choice with Phở and egg station. One of a few hotel that served poached eggs i've ever been to. Great location! 5 mins walk to Japanese bridge and a lots of restaurants and bars with in walking distance too. The best thing would be the swimming pool. Simply amazing, beautiful pool with great atmosphere, nice pool bar too! Things i dislike: Nice bathroom facility but the shower was weak. Another thing is lack of chair at the balcony eventhough it was quite big balcony with great pool and canal view. I noticed many guests brought the chair from the room to balcony and it wasnot convenient at all! Finally, please do not fold the towels into swan and put on the bed. It looks cheap and waste of time too. I love the hotel and i already recommended to my friend and definitely comeback."
