"Affordable for oceanfront room. Renovations are complete, but other updates would help. Refrigerator wasn't working, but maintenance replaced quickly. A/C worked well at night, but did not keep room cool during the day, and the unit made a lot of noise. May need to be serviced. Sliding glass door very heavy to open. Balconies could use a cleaning. Marijuana smell on balcony area everyday, almost all day. Bed was quite comfortable. Probably wouldn't recommend for family trip with kids."

"We usually stay at Wyndham so we knew it wouldn’t be a 5 star resort but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was bigger than your average hotel room. Had a Murphy bed and pull out so lots of sleeping room. It had a full kitchen and restaurant/bar on site was really good. There are several pools, jacuzzis, and water park areas also so you never felt crowded. They also had towels available at the pool. "

"My husband and I had stayed at Sea Mist in one of their other buildings every year with no issues. This time, they booked us in the Driftwood building. The hallways leading to the room and the room itself was absolutely filthy. We returned to the front desk, requested a refund, and stayed somewhere else!"
