The apartment is clean”
Need to inform customer ealier if the room not available for some reason. I booked 1 family suit.But when i reach there, the staf said the family suit room was overbooked, & the staf replace it with 2 deluxe room. Unfortunately my 2 small children don't want to have separate room. So i just take 1 deluxe room with additional 1 bed. Deluxe room also sufficient for my family. The room hall also quiet big. The breakfast just ok. If can improve more variety food. Others ok nice place. I sure will comeback again next time.

Recce”
Was there for recce. Getting ready for my event in dec. Was given a warm welcome when check in. Was fast and not so much problem... room was big and clean. Facilities was good such as gym, pool, good for kids. Carpark ample.. breakfast with lots of variety. Very well organised. Check out was served with smiles and polite... credits to Ms Ain for doing a professional job. Keep up the good work.

thumbs up, huge spacious apartment, feels like home”
took family suite.. got a huge 2 room 2 bath apartment. pros : clean, aircond was cold like its made in alaska, value for money, pool was ok(even better as the pool closes at 10pm), breakfast was good, sea view was fantastic(melaka pretty liao), staff on reception was spot on explaining everthing to us. cons: normal tv1 2 3 in room only, no wifi, ceiling fan not working(aircond too cold haha) definately will come again. tq

Best stay, value for money”
The best decent hotel, got an spacious appartment sized room, with hall kitchen and balcony. Wonderful view at night. Check-in was easy and and all receptionist was very nice lovely people, greet with beautiful smile. Room was very clean. The breakfast was very good and tasty. Definitely will come back again.

It was very spacious room and a very clean one too.there is kitchen,bedroom and a refrigerator too.so confortable as my children can still play around the house.no problem with check in and check out as it takes only 5 min.the breakfast is good and many options too.worth it every cents.will come again !!

Nice bed,clean room,we took a family suite.maybe in future can add a microwave in kitchen.Very good breakfast with many choices.Swimming pool is big,separated for kids and an adults.Plenty of car park.Very near to town and klebang beach as well.overall very satisfied and highly recommended.

Pros: worth for money, above expectation, breakfast was nice and decent, pool is clean, apartment is spacious and nice. Only thing is bathroom and kitchen a bit smelly. hope management can look into it. other than that the stay was really worth for money.. thumb up

Exceptional”
Easy to find location via gps app. A lot of parking bays outside hotel but because many shops, restaurants and pubs nearby, it makes finding the nearest vacant bay is so difficult especially at night. Luckily hotel provides its own parking at Grd flr to 3rd flr. Smooth check-in process with RM100 refundable deposit. Room is clean and spacious. I like it coz it is seaview room from 20th floor! I paid for breakfast coz I can't find halal food restaurants nearby. I like the traditional foods variety at this hotel such as roti jala and cekodok. Sadly no dinner served here. The road flow behind hotel is making drivers confusing, as if we are in the US. I know it is for hotel guests to enter building parking but some drivers just don't care about the flow. Check-out process also smooth without hassle and question. Hope to stay again.

Simple, clean and value for money”
Hotel had all necessary amenities. Room was clean, huge bed. Toilets were clean. Has pool, 24hrs coffee shop and minimart opposite. Near R and F mall and 7-11. Great for a short weekend. Will be coming back in 2 weeks odd.

For my case, we book the Family Suite room for 5 person, and the breakfast state was include. When we reach there the staff said breakfast only for 3 person. We need to paid additional for the others 2 person. Please make it easy by include it(how many person get free breakfast or need to pay) inside booking time.

Value for Money”
The price is reasonable. It's an apartment type, where there is a living room, simple kitchen and a room. It's a distance from JONKER STREET, but it's pretty cosy and quiet place. Outside the building, there is a street with a lot of cafe and boba tea shops!!! Quite a decent, windy, quiet and nice place to stay!!

Room is very big. More than enough for 4 persons like us”
Have 2 TV's, iron & iron board. All well function. Have kitchen,fridge, balcony, sofa. Have 2 rooms inside the suite, 1 queen + 1 single bed in each room. Hall & dining hall with 4 seats. Really enjoy the breakfast because have so many choices & quite delicious. Only 1 problem. There is 2 big plastic bag cointains rubbish by prev guest i think at the kitchen. Found it just after check in. While open the door, room is very smelly with that rubbish. And toilet is not clean have 'najis' on the tiles here & there clearly. Have blood on bed sheets & really untidy. Easy to say, room is not clean properly & not ready to accept guest but ask guest to stay there. Call 2 times from 4pm++ - 9pm nobody come to clean it. At last need to go down at frontdesk make a 3rd complaint,ask cleaner to follow us to the room but no cleaner, frontdesk staff offer to follow us and bring 3 staff to clean it. Oh my God!

The suite is beautiful . very clean lots of space but the reservation take some time because a lot of people queue . Maybe they can add more staf the fast the reservation . Overall everything is great, the location also very nice, very recommended . Definitely will visit again .
