Exemplary stay”
I could not say enough nice things about this hotel. There are a handful of hotels in Makati claiming to be 5 stars and they are more like 3.5 or 4 stars. The standard at Fairmont I'd more like 7 stars. It is such a clean hotel, inside and out. I did not feel cautious walking around barefoot in my room bc it was that clean. I was very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The staff is so wonderful. From the person who opens the door, the front desk, bellhop, housekeeping, servers, bartenders, room engineers, driver, etc., EVERYONE was just fabulous. They are all willing to go out of their way to make sure you have everything you could possibly want or need. The food at the Spectrum restaurant and Macaron cafe were our favorites. We ended up eating at the Macaron cafe sometimes twice a day, as not only the food brought us back but the warm and caring staff that tended to us. The service here is nothing short of exceptional and I wish it was the standard at every hotel. We even utilized their ride services. The hotel remains in touch with the driver pretty much the entire time to ensure the safety of their guests. The location is also prime, walking distance to other restaurants, bars, shopping, and even churches. I'm currently on a trip for vacation and will compare other hotels, but so far, the Fairmont is my favorite and has my highest recommendation.

Comfort beyond home”
I have been traveling to the Phils every year. I never thought of this hotel before. I normally booked in Manila Hotel and Dusit. I stayed here for 8 days. The service was excellent and consistently satisfactory. From the Door Men, Usherettes,Receptionist, Concier to the guy in particular who did my room everyday.. Jerome. I can only say the best of service I have received outside the comfort of my house. Clean. Smells pleasant and fresh lines. Fast service and they even have a follow up if your request was done. I was particularly not feeling well when I arrived, The Desk guy sent me warm tea and lemon. I felt home. This is what we need , a place of comfort away from home. Thank you to your staff and continue with your excellent service .

Exceptional”
This is my fifth stay (Aug 12-13) and quality has not waned. All requests were granted, everyone is respectful and willing to serve, services were prompt and if there is a slight delay, you’ll get profuse apologies. The hotel’s location is one of the best in the Makati business district as it is near malls and MRT. It also underground connection to Glorietta and Landmark shopping centers. If you have lots of activities lined up for the day, avoid the beds. They’re so comfortable you wouldn’t want to get up. As what I always comment in my reviews, it’s the hotel staff that makes this hotel stand out. Shout out to the 2 young cheerful and handsome guys who handled our luggages.(forgot their names).

Awesome Indulgence”
Everything about the stay was top notch. My room was commodious, well maintained and clean. Wifi worked awesome. Le Labo rose toiletries os a Plus. Location was great. The hotel has an access to the mall (Landmark, Glorietta and Greenbelt) and can be attained from the lower level of the hotel. Every staff of the hotel was impressive, friendly, polite and accommodating. It was truly mind blowing. I will definitely return and would recommend this hotel to friends, colleagues and families. Thanks everyone for such a wonderful stay.

Feel like home and great location”
The hotel staff are very friendly and always kind and helpful with the guests. The staff and hotel environment made us feel like home. The room is spacious and comfortable. The toilet is huge. I would like to express my greatest thanks also to the housekeeping team who managed to accomodate my deco request or arrangement for our wedding anniversary celebration upon our check in. No hastle and fussy requirement by the team. On the D-Day, everything went smooth and well. We love it! Thank you Fairmont Makati.

Pros: Cheapest 5 star near the malls and all rooms have bath tubs which is a plus for us as my baby likes playing in it every time we go on staycations. Facilities are superb! Rooms are new and very modern. They even gave my baby some cake and sweets for her birthday. Service is excellent! My baby had a minor scratch in the pool, staff was quick to check on her which i really appreciated. Cons: Breakfast is too pricey.

Great location and comfortable room”
It was our first time to stay at Fairmont Makati with our family and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed using the swimming pool and the gym. Breakfast at Spectrum was good as well. It did not have an overwhelmingly large number of choices as other hotel spreads and it had the right amount and variety of dishes. Best of all, the location is near 2 malls: Greenbelt and Glorietta. We would gladly stay there again.

Very good hotel”
I stayed at many fancy hotels around the world but it’s strange that the service here is beyond exceptional. The staff is very friendly and the lady who cleaned our room was kindly helping arrange our dyson tools and our skincare. The level of service is beyond our expectation. The staff in the breakfast restaurant was also very friendly. The room is not the best hotel in the world but the service is very very good.

Awesome stay!”
Had an awesome stay here! We decided to celebrate Valentine's early so we booked the weekend before it. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. They helped with our luggage and accompanied us to our room. If I ever got inquiries, a quick call is all I need. I also got a minor wound from the pool(my fault), and the attendant by the pool quickly called a nurse. The nurse treated my wound and the hotel manager paid me a visit to make sure I'm okay. Truly great service. Breakfast buffet is the best. It has a few selection of Pinoy Breakfast and of course breads and fruits. As well as cereals. They also have an egg order form which was funny and brilliant! You'll feel really secured while staying in the hotel. You'll know once you get there.

Bigger room ”
Fairmont I requested early check in & luckily there was a room available. I reserved a room with 2 beds & the beds were double beds so that was really good. The bathroom had all the amenities & wasn’t cramped. The room as well was big. The staff is very friendly & helpful. We got a plate of welcome fruits. I went to the spa to try the wet sauna & the jacuzzi. I liked that it was located in the female spa room. There were showers, a lounge & lockers. So relaxed after. Didn’t go in the pool but it looked inviting. It’s located in the heart of Makati shopping & dining. We walked to Greenbelt chapel for mass service. There were security staff at all corners so it’s quite safe. I will definitely book this hotel again & would recommend it to my friends & family. Will try the breakfast buffet next time.

We stayed for 5 nights & everything about the hotel is excellent! Superior facilities, very clean rooms, everything was provided for, convenient location, and most of all, respectful, polite & kind staff from the gate keeper, to the bell guy, to the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, elevator guy, door men, etc. I hope I didn’t miss anyone! It is a last minute booking before Valentine's Day. The moment we check in I immediately regretted to book only 1 night. Upon check in we are advice that our room is upgraded & facing the pool! Fairmont Makati's location is ideal in what had always been known as Makati's commercial center. On top of very pleasant hotel staff, one is spoiled for choice on where to eat - inside or around the hotel. 5 Star Experience in the Heart of Makati City”
The location is right in the middle of the shopping area. The staff could not have been more helpful, and professional and always had a pleasant genuine friendly smile. Our suite was large, open and welcoming. Meticulously clean in all areas. Nothing was too much trouble for the amazing Gold Class staff. I will highly recommend this property and will most certainly be back.

An oasis of luxury amid the Manila chaos!”
Great place to reset, renew and relax after a week of island hopping. This hotel's location is excellent, right beside Greenbelt 5. Excellent trained staff and clean, spacious rooms. The pool is a huge bonus. I love the roof top pool and cafe. Overall, great value, good people and excellent location.

Loved this hotel. This was the first hotel I visited on my 1st international trip since Covid started and I must say this was pretty much what I missed about staying in hotels. The staff were warm, smiley and always willing to assist. These things are what truly define good customer service, not to mention that the facilities were clean and very well maintained.

Accommodating staff and comfy rooms”
5 stars for the hotel especially their service and staff! I stayed with my husband overnight for a convention and the experience was great! One of the things I remember is how they took time to look for my husband. We came in early for the convention even if our booking was for 12 nn. My husband stayed at the hotel lobby to wait for an available room then decided to check the hotel amenities. A staff approached him while he was at the gym to let him know that a room was already available for us. We were able to check in a couple of hours earlier than expected. Big thanks to the staff!

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay in Fairmont. Staff were all lovely, Mara (reception) was also helpful. Swimming pool is perfect for kids and young families, buffet breakfast in Spectrum was so good and the rooms were really clean and well maintained. Thank you for giving my family and I memories that will last a lifetime.

Best Weekend Escapade”
We are celebrating our wedding anniversary. This is an excellent location in the heart of makati. Very near to mall and a lot of restaurants to choose from. My sons had a lot of fun swimming and using the bath tub in our room. Breakfast is sumptuous. Will surely be back here.
