You know how there's a common chain company name with several different locations, and they are all mostly mediocre at best, but usually kind of....generic? Sometimes a little scary because of the other guests getting in fights or being inconsiderate and loud, or that couple that fights all the time? And then usually the staff are just unreasonable & rude for absolutely NO reason, but then one day, you have the privilege of staying at one that is the diamond in the rough? That is this Extended Stay Location! This one is hands down the most friendly, most clean, non-rude, awesome Extended Stay I've ever been to. Everyone is respectful, guests & staff alike, but the one staff member who stands out has been an employee named Walter, who works at the front desk. He goes above & beyond to make sure that guests are comfortable & taken care of. He's drama free, laid back, and professional. Very polite & courteous, and has fantastic customer service. I had to wake him up when I first arrived because it was past the 11pm closing of front desk open hours when I got there. He wasn't the slightest bit rude or disheveled, like I've definitely experienced before elsewhere. He's a great representative of the Extended Stay brand and I think he deserves a raise! He seriously deserves a raise.

Really dirty ”

I have stayed at 4 extended stay locations in the area and this one was by far the most dirty on arrival. Dirty towels left on the bathroom counter. The shower towel was literally still wet I think they folded it and placed it in the shower tube like it was clean. There was something nasty looking sitting in the toilet. The shower floor was so grimy and nasty im sure it hasn't been scrubbed in years. There was a dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain rod. The bed looked like someone had been laying on it, the pillow covers were clearly not changed.. very disappointed I would rather stay at any other extended stay in the area. Pretty ridiculous things are this dirty especially with covid and the company saying they are doing a even better job cleaning than before.

I won’t recommend extended stay America again! The hotel I originally booked didn’t have a room for me. Then they sent me to another extended stay 10 miles out of my way! When I walked into my room there was beer bottle caps on the floor, I told the girl at the front desk and she shrugged it off. Spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else!

Horrible experience given 2 poorly chosen rooms,One of which had not been clean from the previous guest and had trash spoiled food and cigarette butts thrown across the entire room. It had taken an excessive amount of time just to get the attendant to report to the office when we checked in because it was after hours begin with. After waiting almost an hour to get into the first room we were given, we were Very disappointed with it’s condition upon entrance. We then had to go down to the office once again, wait even more time for the attendant to report back in order to Make them aware of the condition of the room and receive another room in a completely different building and on the opposite side anywhere remotely near to the office. It was already at about 1 o’clock in the morning and we entered the new room withoutHow much of a different opinion than the first being that there were multiple cabinet door faces missing broken drawerAnd no running water due to broken plumbing underneat

I just came from a very nice Grand Stay in Rapid City and paid less than I did for this Extended Stay. I expected it to have plates, silverware, etc. and it didn’t. I also didn’t know until I got there that every room was pet friendly. However, it was very clean and my allergies did not give me an issue. It wasn’t near as nice of cabinetry compared to the Grand Stay, used curtains for closet doors, no elevator, etc.

We reserved a room and when we showed up we were told that the “system wouldn’t work until 3am” so we were unable to check into our room. They also did not allow us to wait in the waiting area so we had to wait outside at 2am in an unsafe area. We never received a refund for our purchase.

Although this isn't a top notch five star hotel, it's still nice enough. What makes this hotel stand out is it's wonderful staff. This hotel has become my go-to in the area, hands down!

I Booked the Room threw Agoda I arrived at the Facility which turned out to be overbooked they sent me to there sistering site just a couple blocks away they then charged me again but this time they charged me $64.10 I already spent $62.00 they lady said it would be returned they lied they then told me I was considered a walk in not a person who already booked a room I have tried to talk to them and they give me the run around! So No I Do Not Recamend this place at all
