I should have known that the cheapest hotel room I could find in Denver would also be the worst hotel room in Denver. Room smelled like smoke, stains on the comforter, and counter tops were a mess. They at least were willing to give me a refund, so we took it and went elsewhere.

I was traveling through Denver. This was the cheapest option. But I would NOT stay here again. I normally stay at a Motel 6. So my level of comfort isn’t exactly high! The pictures I have of this property, broken walls, missing smoke detector, dirty conditions..not even clean towels. Filthy. The only thing it has is location

The room I stayed in didn't have a working refrigerator, the breakers kept popping all night and shutting off all the electricity, it smelled it was very dirty. Underneath the chair in the bed were leftover food, garbage, and roaches. The room wasn't cleaned from the previous person that was there had to change my own bedding because I knew that hadn't been done when I found wet towels in the bathroom. If you like cleaning your own hotel room and not having all the amenities that you promised you should definitely stay here The Price is Right that's the only thing that's right

It was a good price but was not clean AT ALL. I was ready to leave the minute I walked into that room. Someone had clearly used the restroom before I walked in and the sheets were only changed on one bed. Everything had stains and the room smelled weird.

If you don't have a family (small ones) than its just fine. Nothing special, nothing surprising, just what one would expect at such a lower rate compared to everything else in the area! So if you're an entitled individual I would not stay here! If you're just looking for a cheap roof to crash close to RTD light rail and coupel fast food joints nearby than this place is legit! And like most places of this level, prepare to do some preliminary disinfecting of the room!! At least its what I do!

It's terrible. The staff were excellent, but the room was absolute trash. I had to get new bedding and towels because the room was not clean. they had roaches and a fuse that kept popping.... ALL NIGHT LONG!!! I have PTSD and am afraid of the dark. So needless to say, I left feeling more exhausted and filthy than when I arrived. A polished turd would have been a step up from this place. I want my money back!

I arrived early and wanted to see if I could check in early. The lady at the front counter helped someone in front of me and then walked to the back while I stood there for three minutes. She looked at me and said I’ll check your reservation and then said I’ll see you at 3. Once we got in the room I paid for a queen and the bed was not a queen. Towels were dirty and lots of trash left in the room. We only had two pillows on the bed. The next working checking out the same lady was at the counter she helped the gentlemen in front of me and then told me after waiting five minutes that someone else would help me.

I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. I didn't feel safe at all. Shady people loitering around, clothing strewn throughout the parking lot, loads of warning signs taped up around the property. Was super concerned about leaving my luggage here while out during the day. Felt almost like I staying in the Tenderloin in SF.

My room was not clean, lacked basic toiletries, garbage was not taken out, there were weird stains on the counter, shower, AC unit, and carpet. The TV was fuzzy, lights didnt work, and the Carbon monoxide alarm kept beeping due to low batteries. I attempted to contact corporate and after 1.5 hours still could not get through to a live person. The pictures looked nothing like my room and the staff seemed high, and ill equipped to be managing it. By 5pm they barely had clean rooms for other guests checking in. The amenities listed were false, there was no pool, free breakfast, and the property looked filthy with trash all over the lot. I did not feel very safe and felt uncomfortable throughout the stay. I would give zero stars if I could.

dirtest most discusting motel i have ever stayed in.”

Do not book this motel. it was dirty. the cabinets were falling off the wall. nothing in the kitchen headboard falling off the wall the toliet seat was not attached to the toliet. Breakfast is just coffee. had to go to office to get toliet paper and soap asked to be moved, did not happen. the list goes on.

Soon as I arrived we went to the room and it was disgusting, bed sheets where fllthy stains all over them, called front desk and told them we are leaving and said I want a refund for next day he said that he is just filling in and to call back tomorrow, so I did and not one time they answered my call so I payed for 2 nights when we stayed there no longer than 20 min

The room was horrific. Filthy air filters, no toilet paper on roll. Throw up on sink. Filthy shower floor. Entire flooring dirty. Carpets disgusting and other floors sticky. Asked to change rooms was told this was the cleanest she had. Took pictures nasty nasty place
