Sketchy guests and dirtyyyyy room. There was a condom left in the nightstand drawer and hairs in the others. Everywhere smelled horribly of weed and there were “guests” sleeping in the stairwell at 2am.

Waited 20 min. No one ever came to the desk. Sketchy people coming in and out. My reservation apparently had never gone through anyway . After waiting so long went in to get customer service # and was was relieved to find the emails saying my reservation never went through.

The lady are all so friendly but the guy curls hair and dark skin is so mean and very bad service ”

The staff at the front desk was great! The rooms are great but not very clean. The kitchen table had stains and there was roaches coming out from the couch cushions.

They have roaches so bad and there was blood on the bathroom door no shower curtain trash in the hallways and staircase and staff was kinda rude I really wish I could get a refund for this

I rented a hotel room from extended stay and they put me in a room the heater doesn’t work you can’t even turn it on the stove top isn’t functioning properly and the room was nasty it was throw up in the sink and on the walls DISGUSTING I asked for a working, cleaner room and the front desk told me I have to wait til morning I am totally disgusted at the treatment and room. I slept in a cold room with the tv wasn’t working until they finally gave me a remote that works also to see the Aurora police running everyone car just because and writing tickets on CHRISTMAS and these cars were parked. Is Colorado really that hard up for money to intentionally write tickets for people just visiting there family for a weekend… WOW I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked a deluxe king suite and the room was great other than I felt like something was missing. After the 5th day there I asked the front desk gentlemen Carlos why our living room didn't have a TV in it bc I thought it was supposed to he told me I was correct and that the room I was in just happened not to!! They never fixed it nor did they let me change it or give me a discount... Very disappointed
