Very helpful management and best wifi”
We stayed here several times, and the stuff are always friendly and helpful. Although it's a little bit far from the downtown, but they'd love to offer free shuttle car, which is not bad. Recently they just updated their wifi in the restaurant area, which is the fastest wifi in Labuan Bajo, even faster than cellphone 3G, amazing!

Good value for money”
We wanted a cheap night in Labuan Bajo before starting a cruise in the Komodo National Park. It was exactly what we needed. It's 2min walk from the airport, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent. For us it worked really well so would recommend it. Only drawback is the location. It's close from the airport but a good 20min from the harbor, restaurants and bars. Taxis are available though so we didn't really have a problem.

We stayed at Komodo Exotic Hotel only one night, but we were satisfied. You can walk from Komodo airport to this property in 5 minutes - it is just accross the street - oposite terminal building.

Nice hotel near airport”
We booked this hotel for 1 night on arrival in Labuan Bajo just so we could relax and look the next day for somewhere cheaper and nearer the town. It's the closest to the airport you can get, large spacious rooms, we had a balcony. Lovely comfy beds and good bedding. Shower smelt a little but we kept the door closed, it was good with plenty of hot water and free toiletries. Breakfast was nice if you got there early, as nothing was replaced, and the greedy people leave nothing for the others. This is quite an expensive hotel, well for budget long term travellers it is, and it's a good walk up the hill and down into town but we enjoyed our night there. There is only internet in the Public places.

Very good”
I choosed this place on my arrival and departure dates because of its neighbourhood of the Labuan Bajo airport. I guess plane spotter would like this place as well as you can watch the planes starting and landing. However with just about 7 to 8 flights daily the spectacular is quite manageable. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. Surrounding is a bit messy. Of course from here you have NO sensational view over the bay.

Decent airport hotel”
If you are flying out of Labuan Bajo, then this is a good airport hotel, it has clean rooms / bathrooms, comfortable beds and a restaurant inside. Also it has a gift shop. Th performance of restaurant staff was less than stelar though. When I was having dinner, I could count 8 of them standing around talking while in no hurry to take my order, and none of them spoke very good english. But in terms of an airport hotel, it met my expectations.

Great Service”
At the time I arrived at the front desk, the guy who was in charge me unexpectedly shook my hand. It's a good start about the hotel. Though I don't have good view from the terrace, the room was very clean, spacious. Apparently the furniture are new. The bathroom was ok with standard amenities. They provide small breakfast, which you can chose every morning. Their coffee was very good!! Their foods were also nicely cooked. A major discomfort was the internet could not reach my room, However it was working well if you were in the restaurant. Still in the hotel area, there was a fancy souvenir shop. The price was a bit expensive compared to outside, but its a one-stop solution for you that in a rush.

Price: We got a good deal for this place Location: 3mins walk to the airport / they do free transport to the airport as well Cleanliness: Super Clean Staffs: Friendly Facilities: There is a restaurant & a gift / Souvenir shop, we didn't have time to check the pool. Others: Need ojek if you need to go to the restaurants/bars area, Shower has a very good water pressure, Room is large and clean We would stay here again

Nice hotel at good price”
We originally only wanted to stay for the first night but ended up extending for a couple more nights. The room was spacious and very clean. It was quite at night and cool with the air-conditioning. The staff was always very friendly, most of the time also quite helpful. This however strongly depends on who you talk to. Ask to speak to Alista, one of the girls working there, and you'll have a great experience. She speaks English very well and understands how to provide great customer service! She improved our stay a lot! Also, their taxi service to the town is very helpful when you choose to go on one of the day tours which start very early. They were very reliable and on time. Also, when we requested breakfast earlier one day, they were happy to accommodate for this. When there was a buffet breakfast (usually on the weekends when there are more guests), we found it to be very good. However, if you have to order breakfast on the menue, it is rather disappointing. Again, the food quality depends on which chef is available. If the right chef is working, it will be very yummy food. Regarding the wifi in the common room area, it was quite good and fast. There is also free water refills available. Most of the days we walked into town and it took about 15 min. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and don't forget to ask for Alista if you have any problems! :-)

Well worth it's money”
I found the rooms really nice. Especially the bed and sheets were extremely good and I had a perfect sleep. Even though it is next to the airport there is not too much noise. The place in general is ok. It's not one of the hotels where you want to hang out. But to have a good night rest it is perfect. And also I want to mention that the shuttle service is awesome. They drop you off and bring you back in the hotel. That is really really nice!

Couldn’t leave! ”
I took the king size deluxe room and it was great value. The other reviews I read underplayed how close it was to the airport. Literally the over the road.. if you want to be by the airport you won’t do better but it is a little way from town, though they can organise a car for you cheap an easy! I needed to be in town to dive every day but extended my one night to three because I was happy there. Nice quiet clean room. Spacious and tastefully decorated. Showers warm but not amazing. Staff are great!

new hotel very convenient to airport”
we only stayed one night and ate in the hotel restaurant which was good. the room was very nice, clean and modern. check in was smooth. staff are kind and make a good effort. don't expect high English language skills -we are in a remote area and that's half the fun of it anyway.

I staid a few nights in this hotel. And I would definitely stay here again, should I come back sometimes. Location is perfect for those just stop over, waiting for the next flight. As it is just across the airport. For those are going to stay longer I guess a hotel downtown Labuanbajo might be more appropriate. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. Surrounding area could be a bit more tidy. Next time I would prefer staying in an apartment room instead the so called villas. If you like Indonesian food for breakfast then you will enjoy the breakfast buffet. According to me it was delicious.

Not bad, a little out of the way”
Not a bad hotel. Staff is a little slow. Had some issues with our laundry. There's a language barrier but its more than that. Didn't seem to have a grasp of how a hotel should operate (more than usual for Indonesia). Breakfast was weird. One day buffet, one day not. Internet worked only in common areas. At times large busses full of other tourists would arrive and take over the restaurant. At these times internet would not work at all. Location is very close to airport. Noise isn't a problem as there are only a handful of flights in/out per day. Runway probably doesn't have lights so no night time planes :P Far from town. 25 minute walk, very dark at night. Taxi/transport back and forth could add up if you're here awhile. Room was very nice, very big and clean. Didn't have double bed that we booked available so ended up with two twins.

Basic and simple room.”
Stayed here only one night before taking a flight. Across the road from the airport. The food in hotel cafe was great, good variety. It seems like a new hotel, comfortable, but basic room. No cable TV or wifi connection in room, even though it was advertised. I guess in time it will improve, and I would stay again because of proximity to airport.

hotel if fine - a little pricey considering its next to nothing but the airport. restaurant was decent. big gift shop for souvenirs. be careful if you walk to the airport when its dark as there are lots of loose dogs in the area.
