SO WORTHY - Perfect stay”
About the room : Clean, comfortable, enough place for two persons. We loved so much the woody bedroom. The bathroom is simple but everything you need is here : Shampoo and soap displayers, pleasant showerhead, enough place to not put water everywhere. Drying rack available and hangers. The staff person is very kind, smiling, and bring you everyday some iced water and toilet paper - we do not have this attention in other guesthouses that we booked in Thailand for the same price. + The little garden is lovely and you have a sitting area with pillows for spending some time in the evening. About the location : PERFECT - There are many restaurants in the street that are so tasty, you can also find massage houses. Also next to the night market and to the bus station, you can do it by walking. I don't have any negative point, maybe the soundproofing ? You can hear the Gecko's shout in the night, sometimes. But this was funny, knock on the wall and they run far away from your bungalow :)

Great location; near everything but quiet. There's a good shower and you get your daily drinking water. A good choice if you're on a low budget and want to be near the walking street in Pai.

The shower was awesome! Had shampoo and conditioner available and good pressure. The fan room was more than enough since it got cool at night. There is a great restaurant right in front of the bungalows (great vegan/vegetarian options).

The Ever Green is central to the town and only a few minutes walk to the Bus Station. The bedroom huts are basic, the plus is that you have your own bathroom and there is free tea & coffee available each morning. I would stay there again.

Good value for a couple of days”
We were the only guests so we had the small common are to ourselves. Really good location, quiet street with good cheap food across the road and 200mts from the walking st. Cons. Big one, we stayed 3 nights and had to move out after that because the spring mattress is really uncomfortable. That was the only thing that make us find a different place.

It located just off the Main Street, you get the peacefulness yet walkable to all the night market and pub nearby. It get real cold at night during winter month, sound proofing is an issue too. But overall value stay.

Good place, bad mattress”
We loved the owner, the little common area, the proximity to the walking st. It also has good wifi and shower. But, after three nights we had to change places because the mattress was giving us an aweful back pain.

Lovely little cabins but... ”
Lovely little private cabins, exactly what I needed after staying in hostels for a while. They weren't very sound proof meaning you could hear most things outside but that didn't bother me. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, every inch was bumpy and springy which lead to an uncomfortable sleep. I was in cabin 5.

Great value for the cost”
8 dollars a night is a great price! The location is perfect. I thought not having AC would be an issue but the evenings here are cool enough and it’s not too bad during the day with the fan on. The internet is very fast and reliable. Only complaints are the beds are not very comfortable. The springs poke at you and the mattress is covered in plastic. Also there is no housekeeping. I had to ask to have my room cleaned after five nights of staying here.

Small room with an uncomfortable bed. One time there was a cockroach in the room. Great location and free coffee in the morning. My room was quiet and there's a lovely outdoor seating area.

A quiet place just a few steps from the crowds”
I chose this place for its location, just 2 min. away from the Market Walking Street. It's the perfect location if you are on your foot in Pai and chose not to ride a scooter because everything is at walking distance. The bungalows are big enough and clean and you have your own toilet so you have privacy. It's true though, as I read in some reviews, that if there are another guests in the bungalow beside yours you can literally hear every single thing that occurs there. The bamboo-made bungalows require guests to be respectful with the other guests but since that was my case I can't complaint.

Beautiful place to relax & breathe”
Evergreen Guesthouse is really close to the Main Street but extremely quiet with some nice places to eat just outside the door. The bungalows are really cute and cosy and there’s a lovely seating area outside. The rooms & bathroom are clean and the hot shower worked. The woman running the place is helpful and kind. It’s a great place to refuel and relax a bit while enjoying Pai at the same time. The prices are really low too. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable time at Ever Green”
Nice little bungalow with a fan (though it was still very hot), hot water (though unnecessary because it was... hot), in a good location, and the staff always brought us waters and toilet paper daily. The only thing I didn't like was that the price changed for the room depending on if it was for 1 or 2 people, which I found odd for a private room. I accidently inputed 1 person instead of 2 and was told to pay 100 extra baht per day for the second person.

No frills, no nonsense”
Nok, the staff was really friendly and helpful despite her limited English communication. The room was very basic with bed, fan, toilet and small console table. The room was clean and the bed was crisp. I get what I pay for and totally satisfied.
