Easy to get food, 7 elevan just next hotel. In the pantry I can washy plate and cup after use. Confortable for business traveler, student, satff on out station duty. If u bring baby. Hot water always available in the pantry.

Old but comfy hotel”
Its somewhat located in an old building with weird placing of full-length ceiling-to-floor window inside the shower which directly opens up to the adjacent hotel. Unless one love the attention, this is a hotel to look for.

Budget hotel suitable with the price”
The location is very strategic for those who do not have transport access. It is right in between a chinese kopitiam and a 7-eleven. There's also a bakery store, and a good cafe beside 7-eleven. A mamak store at the end of the street too. Parking is plenty though could be hard on peak times. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. Although the staff do daily cleaning, the room itself is quite shabby, some spider webs and dust on television. The room we got is located at the very end, and there is an unpleasant smell most of the time. Most likely the wind that blew from nearby restaurant's cooking or trash. The amenities at the sharing tv room is very dirty and dare not to use them - the toaster and water dispenser. Ironing board is dirty too. Though it's spacious, the tv room lacks of wall plugs. Also, there's lots of ants on the furniture in room and tv room. Also some on bed. Would not recommend for more than 1 night stay.

I would stay just because the room is clean. It just I booked a deluxe king room like a month ago and when to check in, the staff said it was full and provide me with a queen and single room.

Have to improve a lot..because the room that been given to us look clean but when we look under the bed..OMG!!!....collection of dust and thrash under the bed!! (We accidently look under the bed because there was a light mounted under the bed)....We book the room under Agoda but when we get there ...the room was occupied (Family Room).

There were large cobwebs in the room and the toilet door was broken. Shocking to see that this place can still operate! Price is good but this is the last time I'll ever book this hotel

We stayed on the family room which comes in 2 double beded. The previous guest who stayed in ournroom smoked. So the smell was pretty bad and it stayed on throughout the night. Sheets were yellowish, room was big enough for the 4 of us. There is 7-11 next door which is convenient. Hot water and water dispenser is provided in the pantry. The water heater was working intially but after complaining they found out that the suis has trip. Small issue and it was fixed immediately.
