One of the best”

Best hotel I've been to in Ho Chi Minh. The young staff are doing a great job running this hotel. Clean, quiet, environment is just perfect. Whenever you need a towel, or change of bed sheet they will fix it without any extra charge. You don't need to worry about being ripped off here. Location is perfect. I took heaps of great photos with the pink church, which is located only about 5 mins from the hotel.

The location of this little hotel at District 1 was just great. Rooms and toilets are clean and brand new. Staff are very friendly. Just round the corner from the hotel are many great eateries, coffee joints, pubs etc. It offers easy access to many tourist attractions such as the Pink Cathedral, Reunification Palace, Post office and Notre Dame Cathedral. A local park is also just around the corner.

A lovely place to stay”

This hotel is a great place to stay. The service is top notch. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is down an alley way off the main road. Taxis drop you on the main road. We had no problem finding the hotel as it is located only few houses away. We arrived before check in time but our room was ready so we were let in. It is spotless. We were asked what sights we wanted to see in Ho Chi Minh and were given a street map with all the places marked and a walking route to take them all in. They arranged transport to the Cu Chi tunnels for us. There are loads of restaurants and bars nearby. When we were leaving it started to rain and they gave us an umbrella each and were led down the alley to our taxi by one of the staff so we didn’t get wet. This place overall is amazing!

Nice budget place to stay”

Staff are very friendly and welcoming - they will help you plan your trip and give you advice on where to go. The room is nice and clean. We didn't seem to have a proper cover on the bed but not sure if that was an accident so the nights were a little uncomfortable. This is a good location and you can easily get around to the main sightseeing spots in the city. Good value for money for Ho Chi Minh

A Little Gem”

I review this hotel very positively because I stayed there the first three nights in Vietnam, then again when I came back from Hanoi. A great lady run this little place with an elevator; very clean, comfy, safe and centrally located - closed to Tan Dinh Market, Pink Church, Reunification Palace, Post Office and Notre Dame.

Great Value and Simple”

Location: very central. Easily walkable to surrounding attractions including Tan Dinh Market and the iconic pink church. Good food and things to do in surroundings. Cost: cheap for the location. Breakfast: not provided but you have a private fully equipped kitchen. Rooms: just the right size, lovely decor and comfortable. Cleanliness: spotless.

Great location and service”

This hotel is probably the cleanest we have stayed in. The location is perfect right in the centre of district 1 but down a quiet alley. The staff speak English well and are helpful. Lots of tv channels, good breakfast, aircon and shower. Very happy here and will definitely stay again.

Great place. Lovely staff”

The location of this hotel is perfect - so closed to everything and in the middle of where all the sight seeings are. The staff were great and assisted us with everything we needed. We got a tour booked with the hotel for the Cu Chi Tunnels which I recommend to do. We did really enjoy it. The hotel was nice and clean. They also organised us airport transfers. I definitely recommend this place and will stay here again. Special thanks to Wesley who assisted us with everything.

Perfect place for work & rest”

Absolutely convenient if you have work in District 1. Closed to airport, Gem centre, coffee shops. Easy to travel around but quiet at night to sleep. Great wifi speed! Other facilities are uncomplainable. New building so everything works perfectly. Big bonus: staff always make you feel welcomed!

Average only”

The location is not good as it is not walking distance to district 1, and nearby only have some small shops. The room was small and the bed was too hard for me. Only good thing was the wifi works. In terms of price, the apartment was not cheap, considering the location of the apartment. Overall, i rate this apartment average, only good thing it was newly renovated.

Such a great little hotel with great price. Booked a room with a private skylight area and wasn't disappointed. It is a brand new room so all the facilities worked perfectly, spotless clean and the staff were great. Great location in an alley close enough to Main Street but away from the noise and crowds. Only 2 mins walk from a local park - big plus for people who like morning jog like me.

SMALL BUT NICE ROOM, FULLY FURNITURE AND SO NICE FRIENDLY STAFFS”

I almost out of room but anytime in the apartment, I can meet very friendly warm staffs, young guys but experiences. Small room but very nice with fully furnitures: Cooker, Kettle, Oval, Electric Kitchen....Sure I am not cooking at room but feel more comfort.

Excellent”

The hotel is located in the residential area of the local Vietnamese. It is good for those who wants quality sleep. It takes about twenty minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market. There is a market adjacent to the hotel, good for discovering more about the living of local people and foods. The hotel has lift. Convenient if you have big luggages like mine.

Nice place. Closed to everything. Fairly cheap. Really appreciate that the wifi worked well after visiting several budget hotels where wifi was simply lacking. Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay!

Great place to stay”

Stayed here for almost a week. Very nice young staff and extremely helpful. Booked a bus ticket through the counter with a very good price. As I went all the way from Saigon to Hanoi, I left my luggage there and picked it up a week later. Honestly, very good hotel and run by extremely friendly people, although a bit inconvenient as the main alley entrance closes around 11pm but it's good for your own security. Staff always there to show you different way home or open the gate for you. I would highly recommend it if anyone's looking to stay in the center.

Wesley and her team were amazing. They really put their heart on delivering the services. We had a pleasant stay here. Good location, great foods, closed to all major attractions, clean and bright room. We felt safe here as well.

I stayed here for only two nights and the hotel was great for somewhere to sleep. It was in a great spot - 1 min walk to local park and Main Street but completely quiet. At the end of a street, there is full of restaurants and good street food. The hotel was close enough to walk to most places if you can handle the heat. I would most likely stay here again if I come back to HCMC.
