THE WORST PLACE IN THE WHOLE PHILIPPINES!!!”
When we arrived we were pretty disappointed with the room...ants everywhere,broken old ac unit that needs throwing away...basic slightly dirty kitchen utensils an a basic bathroom...in the lock was a broken key...at this point I should of told them the key is broken...I dident because the room was outdated an old I just thought that's what this low quality place was like...we checked out an the owner accuses me of breaking this key...he said he's gonna call the cops on me...so I give them the deposit back to pay for it even tho I DID NOT BREAK THE KEY!!! It's partly my fault for not telling them the key was broke but more so there fault for not CHECKING the room properly!! U have one job!!! Do it properly,good staff can be hard to find I get that but because of there incompetence me an me gf are left feeling offended,cheated an just really disappointed with this experience...the girl who checked us in was super sweet an helpful an I dident mind the basic room for two nights...at the end of the day I know the truth...they failed to do there job an check the room!! I don't wanna argue with people it really ruins my day...I DO NOT LIKE BEING THREATENED BY THE OWNER EITHER!! he looked like he was gonna punch me as I left...so unprofessional!! Room was super noisey,roosters,motorbikes,dogs barking...no sound proofing an overall a poor quality room...I'm not writing a bad review because of what happened...the room was poor quality,UPDATE YOUR ROOMS,DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY AN AVOID THESE PROBLEMS!! VERY DISSAPOINTED,OFFENDED AN SURPRISED HOW THIS SITUATION WAS HANDLED...AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Apartment-like Experience With No Generator Facility During Power Outage”
Although this place can provide an apartment-like experience because of its kitchen facilities, Siargao has frequent power outages and this place has no generator set. When there is no power, you have no water and ventilation. It’s hard when this happens because there are lots of mosquitos and there isn’t much natural breeze that could enter this place. There is also no one to talk to for assistance when the owner is not around since they have no staff to cater to your needs. I had to shorten my stay because of this and the cancellation process and refund was not easy. So I suggest that if you decide to book here, don’t book your entire stay period. Stay for one night first and see for yourself if you like the service and amenities.

Sehr gute aufhentalmöglichkeit”
Zuerst dachte ich, ich hätte eine falsche Wahl getroffen, wegen der Nachbarschaft, aber dann merkte ich, dass es sehr ruhig war und mit sehr ehrlichen Menschen Ros der Besitzer, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, können Sie auch fragen ihn für den Geldwechsel. Gerne wieder.
