Now this is the place I would definitely come back to! the room was fantastic with the pool view and a massive bathroom & flat screen TV! Superbe location just 5mns from Airport! Staff are very approachable and super friendly.

Very very nice Inn.... feels like home... so clean, good house amenities & the staff are all accommodating. Though going out was quite struggle, the subdivision has many street dogs that we can't even pass. Good thing we found other route. But still, we will definitely be back in case that we will be in Davao again.

Concern. On a daily basis, they would ask you if you slept well or if there something more they could add up to make your stay more comfortable. They would even call for the taxi service for our daily trips and shared with me the Hirna application so we could have an alternative way of getting a ride to and fro. Cleanliness. The room is always clean, towels are changed daily and so with the linens. The place is very ideal for a vacation for families and even for a group of 30 or more because it is like a home away from home because of the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Its location is very, very close to the airport about 10 mins. walk I think. Although it is quite far from the heart of the city, you would love to stay there. Kudos to Sir Albert Pahayajay, Trixie, Kim, Serena, Ms. Marlyn, Mr. Willy & Adrian.

POOR SERVICES”

we had stayed here for 1 night..when we checked in no one was in the front desk..only the guard assisted us..also, there is no enough parking space to safely park ur car.. in the morning, we looked for someone to ask in the front desk but still no one is around..we ordered our breakfast at 7am but the meal was served at 9am..i hate to say this but it was a bad experience..

An idyllic setting for that weekend or a few days away. The terrace overlooking a deep blue pool gives that touch of living beyond dreams while you eat your breakfast. The down side, is the approach road which is a gravel track and very uneven

The place stood out as a luxurious house. A well-kept mini mansion. The main house was tastefully furnished. It was very elegant. The room me and wife used was not that bad. It was prepared as you would expect from a high end hotel. Congrats and thank you for the unforgettable experience!

Very comfortable bed. One of the best. Nice bedding. Good shower. Smallish rooms. WiFi intermittent. Good staff. Quiet. Need assistance getting taxi as not on a route

The facility is a beautiful home well put together with a gorgeous pool. The staff is absolutely wonderful! The main floor is absolutely beautiful. The basement does have the damp smell and feeling to it. But a simple humidifier probably would solve that

We had an awesome stay! The staffs are very pleasant and friendly. The room is cozy, clean and AC is working good. Water supply is also not a problem. The food are affordable and has superb presentation, I enjoyed eating by the pool. The location is quite away from the city center which means you could have a peaceful get away(though 1ride is enough to get you to downtown area). I will definitely be booking again!

Stayed for 2 days back april 2017, Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The villa itself was very clean, peaceful, the room so spacious. My son loves the swimming pool and the staff allows me to stay longer while waiting for my flight which is very helpful. Plus close the airport. Will surely come back.

Perfect place for a getaway”

I highly enjoyed my stay here. Very "homey" feel. The room that we stayed at was huge. I think we had a 60" tv, more than enough closet space and a huge bathroom with a tub which we couldn't use at the time we were there because it was broken. They have a pool so my nephew and nieces took advantage of that and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was great but they had limited options. It was a bit of a challenge to locate the place but eventually found it. The location is not necessarily convenient, but if you have a car or take a taxi then there's no problem.

No More to expect! But that's what I want this time, just somewhere closer to the place I want to visit, and stay calmly at night. Staff and owners seems quite friendly. But I need to take off my shoes, as what the owner tries to perceive from the first day of our arrival, that the room should be dustless. But what's great is, noiseless.

The location was easy to find if your taxi reads the map properly. We rounded the area for more than 15mins before our driver finally found the street. The staff are super helpful and courteous - they really made our stay worth while! The room we booked was the junior suite. The TV was enormous, the interior was very modern and classy. The villa is overall, great! The furnitures were antiques that complimented the modern accents of the place. The food was delicious and moderately priced unlike other hotels. My son enjoyed the pool and the bacon! I highly recommend this villa for a luxury homestay feel. It was a very comfy night we had here. Two thumbs up √

Okay, so. First thing to say is the staff is superb accommodating. Second is the place is perfect for staycation and if you wanna have a peaceful stay. Near airport is a plus. When u first looked at it, its just like a typical house but wait til ur inside!
