Dirty...the toilet is not working well..noisy... you could hear the other room occupants' noise... the wall is just thin wood... and the banging of the door is really annoying... not a restful place.

Toilet bowl did not function properly. Availed the early checkin and late checkout but they charged us with 150 pero hour after usual checkout.

Stayed for 2 nights, water heater is not working. The CR can stink due to the drain, i think. Wifi connection is fluctuating. Good location and for quick stay if jou just want a bed to sleep.

Room for 2”

Room is spacious but needs maintenance. Huge and comfy bed. We went inside and two of the pillow cases are stained with brown discoloration. Good thing the staff was kind to give us new ones. You need to ask the front desk for bathroom essentials when you check in. Location is very ideal for thrift travelers because just outside there is a lot of cheap food choices and it's walking distance to SM Lanang Premier mall. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is inaccessible in the room, only in the lobby. The TV has limited channels too. Nevertheless, our stay was okay.

The location of the hotel is not known to many (First Taxi driver did not know). Perhaps just me since it's my first.

The hotel was located and it's just a walking distance from SM Lanang Premier. The room was clean and orderly. The staff was accommodating and welcoming. The room price was worth it.

The aircon unit gets really noisy after 20 mins or so. Then we have to turn it off for a few mins and turn it on again then it gets noisy again afterwards. At around 10pm someone was attempting to open the door. It went on for about 10 mins. Luckily he have the wrong key. It was a nightmare actually. I did not have a goodnight sleep because of it. On the other hand, location is very near to SM Lanang.

Though we felt the assurance and safety of our things left inside the room.. The doorknob (lock) of the room doesn't work😅 hopefully they can check it ...cause we slept knowing our room was not locked.. Over all it was a great experience to stay at RedDoorz plus near lanang.. Will recommend to my friends and relatives.. Good Job.👍

The RedDoorz standards were followed, and the place is clean and very accessible (near SM Lanang). The staff could use some more training for accommodation and assisting guests to feel more welcome.

It was twin sharing. We enjoyed our stay after a week of deployment from kidapawan, we were looking forward for a hot shower and indeed it was available. The wifi is good as well.

DO NOT CHECK-IN ON THIS HOTEL”

The water heater is not working, the drainage pipe on the bathroom is clogged, no complimentary water. Even towel needs to be asked for. No elevator and no one insisted to help on luggage despite of room on steep third floor. We were not able to finish our two nights, because of the above. And yet they did not reimburse our stay. Very disappointed on this hotel, if i can put 0 star I will.
