Two deluxe room with connecting door is impressive. Staffs is very nice and friendly. Pool is very clean, they check quality of water and clean it everyday. Breakfast is good, private beach is nice place to watch sunset. My family was checkout late until 3:00PM. Thank all staffs for support. See you soon

I've travelled to Phu Quoc numerous times over the past 18 years. This was the first time I had stayed at the Pullman PQ Beach Resort. I was very pleasantly surprised by the facilities and quality of rooms and service. The main pool is great with plenty of places to chill out. And the pool bar staff were attentive. Mad Cow restaurant is a must - great selection of steaks and sides. And plenty of good wine choices. The Beach is perfectly maintained white sand and the pool bar is another great location. Only disappointment was the average offerings at Breakfast. Overall, in my top 3 of resorts in Phu Quoc.

AN OKAY HOTEL”
Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights. Tbh its a very mediocre hotel, not totally what we expected from the Pullman line. But i should have known cause the price was affordable 1. THE POOL SERVICE There was no pool bar during our stay (bar closed on wednesday and thursday i think) so we ordered some food from the nearby staff. The food was not good, and there were so many fruitflies trying to get into our food and landing on our faces, we literally had to escape RAN away from the pool. 2. THE BEACH There was literally and sign board saying "not allowed to swim". You CAN NOT swim at the beach here cause its very dirty even though it is a private beach. Sadly, I will not come back again because there are so many better hotels available in Phu Quoc.

During this recovery time, our pool bar is operating during weekends but we are now planning to expand all our offers. We do assign our Public Area team to clean the hotel every day, and we also have pest treatment regularly to ensure hygiene and comfort for guests. Nevertheless, due to the rainy season and the lush surroundings, nature sometimes take over, resulting in some discomfort for our guests. Regarding the garbage on the beach, we seek your understanding that although our team cleans the beach every early morning and throughout the day, the trash keeps coming back from the ocean time after each tide and each time when the wind changes directions. It's a nearly new, 5 star resort. We got upgraded to top floor ocean view room. It's incredible. Room was discounted to start with. Included breakfast is great. Gym is well equipped. If I had to pick a fault it's that the fridge in the room isn't cold enough for cold drinks. Also it's a 2 day wait to get clothes washed. Regardless of that I have never been to a better hotel.

Regarding your comment on in-room facilities, all equipment was selected for environmental impact and noise reduction, therefore the room cooler is different from a mini-fridge and provides only chilled drinks. If you prefer cold drinks, free ice buckets are available to your request for free at any time. In addition, we seek your understanding that our Laundry team had to ensure the cleanliness as well as the comfort for your clothes in a quite busy period; thus, the service wasn't as fast as it should be. The resort is well positioned. Only 15 min from the airport and 20 min from the Southern part of the island. The community pool is very nice and they have a delicious restaurant in Mad Cow. We recommend booking cabana suite which is absolutely beautiful. Have your own jacuzzi in the room + steps to a private pool and 3 min walk from the beach. Despite limited staff due to pandemic recovering the manager and staff did a great job in making our experience memorable

My husband and I came here for our 12-year anniversary. We were surprised by the nice support and well-preparation of staffs for our event. Mad Cow is the best restaurant to have super delicious steak...The private beach is very cleaned. The food in the breakfast buffet and room service is beyond our expectation, so good and delicious. Coconut pool bar serves amazing drinks and snacks. The pool is super cleaned. Recommend for your staying here, must try Mad cow and enjoy time at Coconut bar. I definitely come back when i have chance 💕

A (NOT) REMARKABLE HOTEL. Hope the GM READS. ”
We stayed during new year but the hotel is short of staffs. A massive hotel with ONE menu from pool to beach to room services. Located 20m away from the town which is very inconvenient. There are no shops or convenient stores at or around the hotel. The room service is awful. Second day we had to start eating outside of the hotel. Breakfast is great, the only thing nicely done. The rest of the resort is not ready to serve at any kind of vacation standard. Beach bar is not open until 11 so you cant even have a morning by the beach! 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ NO COCONUT 🥥 available in the hotel. No menu anywhere that you can find, have to ring the staffs every time if you want to order anything, every time, across the resort. Might be good for a family trevelling with kids and a RICE COOKER so they don't starve. 👨👩👦👦👨👩👦👦 🍚 🍜 .

We are so sorry that while the breakfast was great, we didn't meet your expectations when it came to other F&B services. Our Beach House is meant for light bites & cocktails while enjoying the sunsets, therefore, we operate the bar only from noon. Due to the complicated situation of the epidemic, we had to focus more on minimizing direct contact of customers with printed collaterals as well as disinfecting them every time they come in contact to ensure safety. A room service menu is available on your room's IPTV. As a 5-star resort, and in particular during the pandemic, we ensure that all the food & beverage items are the freshest, so they are ordered on a daily basis leading to the issue that some items may be out of stock at the time of ordering. We understand that these uncomfortable experiences nevertheless affected our guests and we are sorry about this. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back soon that more outlets are open including our Sim Boutique right in the lob
Worst holidays ever with this hotel”
The reception of the Pullman Resort Phu Quoc did not inform us about the fire alarm testing occurring every Wednesday at 2pm. Hence we were waken up by the piercing sound of the fire alarm in the middle of our deep nap really shocked and stressed We spoked to the reception and they just tell us that they were sorry from behind their counter. We wanted to talk to the front manager but she was off that day and they will let her know that we wanted to talk to her. One day later, nobody contacted us until we asked again to talk with the front manager. We also spoke to M. Pieter, the General Manager about this issue, even though also apologizing, he didn’t make us feel that he was understanding us saying that fire alarm testing was mentioned in their 50-page policy book that no guest has time to read it of course and that it also happened to him before. This situation could have been easily avoided if they informed us before. We do understand that fire alarm testing is important. However, informing your guests about it should also be a must and easy task to do when checking-in. Therefore, we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone in our network and won’t visit this hotel ever again. Other hotels in Phu Quoc treat their guests better than that with better services.

Despite the fact that all our hotel rooms have open access to the outside through open corridors, as informed in our guest room directory, we conduct a weekly fire alarm test to ensure optimal safety for our guests. This short sound test takes place at 2PM every Wednesday to cause the least disturbance possible. Our Director of Rooms and Director of Operation and myself did apologize during your stay to you and your friend for the fact that it scared you, and we decided to add an information board at the reception counter and the breakfast area to reinforce the safety procedure message.
