Had a great time despite being ill”
We booked a pool access room for 3 nights in early December. The trip was planned really last minute, and we were excited by Inaya's offers on Agoda. Ahead of the trip, my husband fell ill and so we spent most of our trip at the resort, not stepping out to see much more of Bali. Inaya has it's own pristine beach, gorgeous pools, and great staff who are able to guide you to the services at the venue. We ordered a lot of room services, always found our room made up sometimes more than once a day, and the food was amazing! Despite being in poor health, we had a really relaxing time. The rooms were clean, airy, and spacious. The bathroom was well stocked with amenities, really nice products! We took a Grab to the hotel from the airport and vice versa which cost us IDR 150k instead of the IDR 298k which the hotel charged for their transport. Regular taxis are also easily accessed from the venue. The resort is in the BDTC area, which is a long stretch of gated locations only for resorts.

We started off with a bad impression. Had requested an early check in but room was not ready at 1pm, that’s ok. They said the room was vacant but needed to be cleaned. Was told we would receive an email as soon as room was ready. Waited around by pool with our 2 young kids. Come 3pm went back to reception, was told to wait on couch with the groups of people waiting to check in, I told them I had already checked in but wanted to see if my room was ready. Was told nicely to sit on the couch. When I confirm do I have to wait for everyone waiting to check in first they said yes with a kind smile... I was not prepared to do that with my 2 young kids and given I had already checked in. So I waited around reception and when a customer left I asked the lady if my room was ready and she said yes. Ok, that’s great but where was my email???? Very disappointing, at the same time another family were in the same situation wondering what was going on & confused. Small but good kid club for 6 & under

I would like to thank all staff members starting from butler and ending with houskeeping staff. All members are polite, friendly, make their job quickly and with pleasure. We have stayed for 10 days at private villa. My adviсe - if you are traveling with your partner take a villa. It seemed that we've been only two of us in villas. We have not seen our neibours at all. If you stay in villa you have kind of privacy - and this is ausome. The beach area is regularly cleaned. The beach is clean. On the beach you will not meet visitors other than those who live in the hotel. Security carefully monitors this. There is a shopping center near the hotel, you can always have dinner there, but my advice is to visit the restaurants on the hotel territory, yes, it may be a little more expensive than the restaurant near the hotel, but you can enjoy excellent service and outstanding sea views. We fell in love with the place the moment we entered. It’s beautiful and clean! There are quite a number of pools (including baby pool), and thus there was no issue of ‘overcrowding’ in the pool. The room is really nice and clean. One of the nicest and most spacious toilets I’ve had . What’s better is that our room had direct access to the pool. Even though it was a small pool (unlike the main pools), it was good enough! Lastly, the staff are very friendly and helpful in addressing our queries. We will definitely choose Inaya again the next time we visit Nusa Dua

The resort is beautiful. Check in was a little slow as they were at full capacity. All the staff were lovely. Rooms were super clean. We paid for a pool access room which I would highly recommend. It’s a 5 minute walk to Bali collection even though the do have a free shuttle. The beach was beautiful and we never had to fight for sun lounges which is great. The only thing I would say is the food and drink service around the beach/pool needs more staff. The staff did the best they could but there wasn’t enough servers. We will be back.

Best beach and staff on the island ”
So glad we chose to stay here. After being disappointed with other beaches and accommodation on the island we decided to book here. The staff were absolutely amazing and bent over backwards to help out anyway they could. Novi in the restaurant is an absolute gentleman and helped with our dietary requirements and made the usually stressful situation absolutely stress free! The beach is kept immaculately clean and is private to guests. The pools are abundant and their is also a kids club. We loved it so much we have booked another week here to complete our Bali holiday in style 😊 Rooms are well kept and spacious.

It was a perfect stay. I stayed at the inaya putri bali one bedroom pool villa with a recommendation from Agoda.com. I loved the private pool and the lagoon pool for the villa guests. And it's very reasonable price. I arrived a little earlier than check-in time, but Butler immediately escorted me to the villa and checked in inside the villa. Although the villa's bedroom was a little bit small size, there were very fond of the well-equipped private pool. In check-in time, the villa guest benefit was informed of free minibar, afternoon tea and cocktail time. Welcome gifts included eye patch and massage supplies, and cookies and nuts. they were delicious. Especially, it was Butler team who gave me great satisfaction in this stay. All butlers, including supervisor Angga, were very friendly and kind. And they responded immediately to my requests. Many butlers such as supervisors Angga, Butler Oka, Andi and Sicily have made my stay more happier. I sincerely want to thank them.

Pros: 5 star service. Breakfast vas phenomenal. They had sushi, Indian food, American breakfast, Chinese breakfast and of course indenonesian breakfast. Beach was clean. They have food service directly at the beach. Pools are huge. Housekeeping service is very good. They provide free bottle water. They even gave us free soft drinks. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Cons: hotel taxi if expensive. Stick with the blue local taxi. Overall it was our best hotel in Bali for our honeymoon. You can’t ask for more. Simply the best.

We stayed for 5 days at this Hotel and let me tell you!!! We had the best 5 days of our lives. We booked a 2 bedroom pool Villa which was very well set up according to our needs. The best part about this hotel is THE STAFF. Very well trained staff and trust me, every single person from the staff right from the gardener to manager wants to serve you. Most helpful staff we've ever encountered in a 5star hotel so far. If you're a food lover, you won't be disappointed. They serve very tasty and fresh food. Next Best thing is the location, Nasa Dua. Said to be the place for wealthier and it is. Very close and convinent from the Bali international Airport. Well there's a lot more to tell about this hotel but sadly I'm short of time.

The stay was amazing. The staffs were really nice and kind. They were very respectful and helpful as well. They made sure that we were comfortable and provided everything that we needed. The food were delicious despite having limited choices for lunch and dinner. They provided a variety of dishes in morning breakfast though. The facilities were easily accessible and the cleanliness of the beach and the whole place was exceptional. Overall had a very relaxing stay.

The food and beverage choices on property were varied and delicious. The staff in all areas are hospitable and quick to assist in any way they can. The property is beautiful, well maintained and in a great location. The rooms are spacious and fresh with a Bali flavour. It is close to the Bali Collection for more dining and shopping options. We did not partake in the spa options but there are many ways to pamper yourself. If you are looking for a relaxing and pleasurable holiday in Bali, Inaya Putri is perfect.

We really can’t fault this resort. This was our first stay at Nusa Dua. (been to Bali a few times). This resort was everything I had hoped for, the location great, any resorts along that same beach line are in great position. Our one criticism is the gym didn't open until 7am so not a big deal. Food reasonably priced and of excellent quality. Our deluxe pool access room, well what can I say, the pool was actually divine, struggled to get out each time, was always warm. (Room 3113) Great stay, we would definitely return. Oh and the cocktails at the bar on the beach were the best, sometimes cocktails in bali are hit and miss but they were top notch.

Best Hotel of our honeymoon - amazing”
INAYA is a hotel 3 years old, and you get that. A brand new hotel with the most amazing breakfast that I ever had. The breakfast had all types of food: from omelettes to sushi, passing trough curry. The room was amazing and huge, with the most perfect bathroom that we ever had. For the pool, besides the normal infinity pool they also have a jumping board in another pool. If you are thinking of staying here for 3 or 4 days, make it 6 or 8 instead. Also, from Nusa Dua you can easily rent some driver that in one day would take you to places like ubud and come back.

Location, location, location, the open white sandy beach, great view and facilities. went here during covid with big discount, the health protocol was great, get into the room with sanitized sealed. Staff was great, but the breakfast was not a 5 star level hotel, probably during covid they reduce the menus and staffs (but hey we got a big discount price). Great place for family with childrens, book 2 deluxe rooms with access pool and we get the pool for ourself (I supposed each clustered pool made for 4 rooms access) the kids definitely happy. Will back here to stay in Nusa Dua.

Fab beach, so clean and perfect for swimming as well as in the pools. Rooms were great and the food excellent. We only stayed 2 nights but wish we could have stayed longer . Not sure how easy it is to get out to see the area around it or the shops, but it’s only 30 mins to airport so very convenient .

The staff were absolutely amazing 🤩 Never been to a resort where all the staff actually want you to be there and want you yo come back. They are all so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We will be highly recommending this resort especially because of the staff, we would go to breakfast and on the second day they all knew who we were and even what coffee we had each day. Then dinner they would know what cocktails or wine we liked. They made us feel part of their family and got to know them all personally. The beach straight out the front is really lovely. The pools are AWESOME and the whole vibe is super relaxing. The staff go above and beyond to cater to your needs and the buffet breakfast is the best and biggest I've ever seen. The restaurants on site ate lovely with HOMAYA being a stand out. The spa centre is sensational. We stayed in the least expensive room and it was huge. It had a separate bathroom with an egg shaped bath and there was an L shaped sofa looking over the balvony. I would highly reccomend Inaya for a romantic getaway.
