This is the second time we stayed here. The receptionist really nice. Also, the room on clean condition. However, we can’t find bell boy to help us pick up the luggage and had to ask security to help us. Aside from that, there’s mini market, Manado restaurant, and coffee shop near the hotel.

Deluxe double is the best, large and comfortable. My sugest to Ibis, Clean up / water wash the carpet. it's cleaned but looks like have been changed colour and dirt,.

This is the first time we stayed here. They have clean room and bathroom. Also the location near with highway road (less trafic) and plenty hawkers in here.
