Nice stay in great location”
The hotel is located near the main central part of the city, but is on a side island that is very quiet, day or night. Wifi worked well, the A/C was effective, and there was hot water in the shower. Breakfast was included in my stay, and it was good, offering a decent selection of foods and drinks. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler looking for an affordable place in central Buenos Aires. 10/10

Location is great close to main throughfares 7 de Julio & Av Mayo close to restaurants bars laundry was right next to the hotel & all of the Uber drivers know the location . Good price for the money

Poor English and Portuguese”
I wish the receptionist during the day spoke better English or Portuguese. They say they can speak both but the receptionist actually is not fluent in neither and we had to kind of guess. I ask them in English and he would say, you can speak Portuguese, so I would speak Portuguese and then he answer in Spanish anyways. When you try to ask them something over the phone, they will also hang up on you before you finalize the conversation. It just appears to me that they don't have much patience for the guests.

Just ok......relative to what you pay for”
Staff is not really professionnel, check out was very long because they didn't pay attention to the reservation. The reservation was made for two separates beds (I was travelling with my sister) but once we entered the room it was a king size bed . After they said we found you a twin room, they give us a new key but once we arrived at the room it was again a king size bed :( So we have to do back and fourth two times going up and done with a lot of luggages....I think they wanted to save some time...they finally found us a twin room after some time...note that we arrived at 3 pm so right at the legal check in time. Concerning the confort it is relative to what you pay for...also the breakfast is just ok...I think it's better to book without and get it in some other place.

My 2-Star Motel Room”
This hotel is supposedly at 4-star hotel so when I booked it, I felt like I had gotten a great deal. Sadly, I ended up in a room that had the prison vibe of a 2-star motel. On the first floor, there's a courtyard area where the motel rooms are located with windows facing the courtyard. The tiny room had only one small bathroom light, which made it impossible to use the mirror for makeup. The toilet needed extra encouragement to flush properly. The only positive notes - the shower was hot and the ac was cold. The hotel is located in a good area and I'm sure there are probably higher quality rooms than the one I was assigned. So, take your chances and hope you don't end up in the motel section of this "4-star" property.

Definitely NOT a "4-star hotel"”
I'm not sure why this hotel is listed as a 4-star hotel because it's definitely not. It's more like a 2.5-star hotel. Good location but that's about it. The building is very old and in need of serious renovations. My bathroom sprung a leak and had a waterfall flowing into it from somewhere above. There are plenty of other decent hotels to choose from in this area. Keep looking.

Not by chance a 4 Star Hotel -- Ni de casualidad un hotel 4 estrellas”
I booked a 4 star hotel. When arriving to the room (114) it had no bidet in the bathroom. Something totally unacceptable in Argentina. The bathroom shower had the drain clogged. When I called the hotel reception to request a room with bidet, I was told they didn't have any available, and should one become available, I would have to pay an extra fee. Avoid being deceived. Don't book this hotel. Yo reservé un hotel 4 estrellas. Al llegar a la habitación (114) el baño no contaba con bidet. Algo totalmente inaceptable en Argentina. La ducha del baño estaba tapada. Al llamar a recepción para solicitar cambio de habitación, se me dijo que no había ninguna disponible, y de haberlo, debería parar dinero extra. Evite ser engañado. No reserve este hotel.

Lamentablemente el hotel no tiene o no le funciona el aire acondicionado. Nunca informaron tal situación. Tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel ya que era ahogarte. Imposible dormir o estar dentro del dormitorio. El lavamanos tenia pelos.. y no quise ver mucho más.. El desayuno aunque se veía muy completo. Estaba sin conservar la cadena de frío, las mantecas derretidas y no tenían hielo para los jugos o el agua.. Los conserjes trataron de explicar.. pero no pusieron

Sin aire ni ventilador, sin secador de pelo, la ropa de cama manchada. El inodoro encima de la ducha, sólo se puede usar de costado. No me facilitaron nada para apoyar la valija y el cuarto extremadamente pequeño!!! Sin dudas el peor hotel en el que me alojé en Bs As. Lo único rescatable es el desayuno. No vuelvo nunca más!!!
