Great hotel. Worth the money”

We loved this hotel. Check-in was smooth. Staffs were very polite, especially Mr. King. We had a little bit of a problem though the first time we checked into our room. The room itself was great, big, had couch and small fridge. However, it wasn’t that clean (only the corner parts of the floor) and there was no bathroom mat in the bathroom when we got there. So we informed the front desk and sent in the housekeeping right away. Housekeeping were so Polite and Attentive to our needs. The hotel was located in the heart of Davao. The location was very convenient for us. Plus, it was very affordable for the kind of room we got. The room we had was Superior Double Room. Will definitely check-in to this hotel again for our next visit in Davao.

It's still new, so clean enough. Some rooms are big and nice. WIFI is OK, fast enough. Nothing much in the room, just simple, I just bought a cup and a water kettle by myself for having some hot tea... Close to night market at Roxas.

Good place to stay, near downtown of Davao. Rooms are clean and prices are very good.

Major Cons: Connecting Door (to the adjacent room)”

It is actually good and spacious.. but it has a connecting door to the adjacent room. I think all rooms have this design . It is locked but you can clearly hear the other room's TV and the guests' voices through that door.. Even though the other guests tried to lower their TV volume and voices, we could still hear them. I couldn't sleep soundly.

we were supposed to stay just for a night but was extended for another 2 nights because it was so cheap at the time of my booking. the place was really nice, very clean, 3- or 4-star bed and friendly staff and the location was nearer to nice restos and midnight tiangge.
