Randown hotel”
This hotel is very rundown, the room stinks small cockroach running around the room and bathroom with molds. My stay wasn't comfortable.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Location is great, very near to the airport and near a mall. However, the hotel is simply old and rundown. Needs A LOT of renovating. You can see stains on the walls, the sheets were obviously old and overused, the place smelled like an old musky house, and the lighting was quite dim. On the way to the room, didn’t feel like a hotel at all. All sorts of things were lying around, it felt like a dark alley. They also need to improve on cleanliness, there was wet hair on the floor of the bathroom when I arrived. Not good value for money at all. Only saving grace is that the staff were attentive and helpful.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times in the last 4 years. It keeps going downhill in cleanliness ”
I like the Hotel, the location in Davao, the friendly staff. It seems every year for the last 4 years they are cutting corners on staff and cleanliness. The towels are dingy and threadbare. Need to upgrade in quality in all areas of the property.

A lot of cockroaches. Killing the roaches provided endless hours of fun. The hotel had no shortage of roach spray so we could continue this fantastic activity the entire time.

Not worth to go there”
The booking was for a suite but the just an ordinary room. The elevator is not working The light in the CR was busted There were cockroches in the Ref and the room No hot water for 2 days... Never again

Room was smaller than expected, no toiletries were provided, would be better if they will spray some air freshener in the room. Overall my stay was okay. Staffs were accomodating. :)

the room is spacious the only downside id there are a lot of small cockroaches crawling almost anywhere.. the headboard has crawling insects and so is the side table and the mini ref that goes with the room.

The hotel does not have ample parking space and didn't have a working lift or elevator at the time of our visit so one of our relatives couldn't make it to the third floor. The bathroom didn't have a proper heater for a hot shower. We arrived at night with the female receptionist taking a nap at the counter.

Hotel is very near airport and SM Lanang .. easily accessible if you want to go to the city.. Staff are very helpful.. a quite place to stay
