As a budget hotel, amaris has strategic location but this'll cost us a noisy room since amaris is located near toll road. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok, not much option. Room is...not really clean but ok but i thin they can clean, cleaner.

Room was clean. Each floor had a dispenser for hot water at the coridor near the elevator. Breakfast was fine. Free welcome drink.

Nice hotel to transit, clean, and worth to pay. Located next to toll road so its better to get higher room to minimize the noise. Very fast check in and good wifi connection in room.

disappointed trip”
Will not recommend. The staff at the reception did not provide the WIFI password when i was checking in, and i tried to call several times but no one picked up the call. The toilet had no toilet rolls and no towels so i had to take the lift back down again to ask the receptionist personally. after more than 10mins, the items did not appear. I had to make the trip back down to the reception again! The only saving grace is that the manager is responsive and help to address the issues. But the same lack of amenities happened again on the 2nd day! towels and the toiletries were not replaced. The reception who works the evening shift for those days are not responsive

Pros: 1. Located in the strategic area 2. Staffs wa very friendly & well mannered 3. Bed is just nice 4. Aircond function very well Cons: 1. When its located near the toll, we can hear the noisy from the traffic outside the hotel 2. The morning breakfast need to be varieties 3. The room itself looks old with the crack on the wall 4. Toilet is clean but still need some improvement
