1. No PET POLICY ( any pet is not allowed inside the unit / premises ) any damages caused thereby shall be the responsibility of the renter / occupant. PENALTY is php10,000 + any damages.
2. No SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit, hallways, lobbies, vestibules, staircases , elevator , fire exits and other common passages . Penalty is php 10,000.00
3. In times of Fortuitous events like earthquakes and other calamities , the renter / occupant bears his own losses / damages.
4. The unit / premises shall be used exclusively by the renter for residential purpose only and shall not be diverted to other use.
5. No parties , liquor parties and other events inside the unit . this will be penalised at cost accordingly.
6. No loud music , noise and parties that creates disturbance are allowed
7. This is a Fully furnished Two (2) Bedroom unit and maximum guest to rent / occupy is 4; kids are counted . In case of visitors , please inform the property owner . Any excess will be paid php 300/ head per night
8. Lost keys and water cards will be charged php 5,000.00
9. Loss / damage of TV remote will be charged php 3,000.00.
10. Swimming pool is FREE for TWO (4) persons only . In excess , pay your own at the office near the area
11. Parking Space is NOT included , but can be arranged upon availability with extra cost.
12. Any footwear or other belongings are not allowed outside the unit. Make sure you keep it inside . Penalty applies.
13. Please avoid any stain and stubborn dirt on beds, linen, comforter , pillows, sofa, tables and chairs. Will be charged at php 3,000 each
14. Please observe CLEANLINESS at all times while using the unit / premises. Dispose Garbage Properly
15. Any minor / Major problem, concerns and damages shall be reported immediately . Each lost and damaged and broken item within the unit shall be penalised at cost .
16. Avoid bringing cutleries, decors , towels or any item small and big that belongs to the unit upon check out. This is considered as THEFT. You will be penalised accordingly and totally banned from entering the condominium next time
