The staff are nice and the hotel is clean. The location is fantastic 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and 10 min to train. Lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Found a great Vegan restaurant about 20 min walk from the hotel.

The staff was tremendously helpful and attentive. We were having a bad experience with ParisCityVision tour pick up and the staff was so kind to continue to help us contact the company for more than half an hour using her own cell phone after she finished her shift. We just could not ask for more help. Merci beaucoup!

I thought the proximity to the Eiffel Tower was what we are getting as a good value, when we were there we realized its the less than 2 min walk to Dupleix Metro Station that matters. Location considering its price is what matters! The hotel, hallway, elevator are small but I just stay there to sleep so it doesnt matter, I also have been to other hotels in Paris and even if their facilities are better, I'd still go back here coz location is more important to us.

When I found this hotel and investigated I knew it would be small but considering the location and the time we were there for it was perfect. We kept in touch by email as the trip approached and they were very friendly. The only downside was when we asked if we could add the breakfast they confirmed we could however, they neglected to advise us that they were renovating and only had coffee. Overall great experience and would not hesitate to use it again. Be cautious though it is very small and you will be living out of your suitcase and bathroom is very clean and also very small. Across the street there was a fantastic Italian restaurant we ate at and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower once we got our directions correct was within a 15 minute walk. Staff was very friendly, polite and clean.

I loved the location close to the Eiffel Tower since that visit takes a few hours. The hotel is tucked away from any high tourist traffic, but it's also incredibly close to all the things you need to see. The room was very clean and had air conditioning. The elevator is comically small, but I found it charming. The afternoon hotel staff we met with was helpful, but had a stereotypical Parisian personality. The evening staff were very friendly.

The hotel was perfectly situated and you could even see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony! ”
It was a tiny room but I wasn’t expecting anything less from all the reviews of all hotels in Paris I saw. It was sooooo well priced for its location but the bathroom did smell quite strange and we had to sleep with the bathroom door shut. However this was only a tiny problem as we literally only used the hotel to sleep in, I would stay here again!

If you looking for a cheap place to sleep whilst busy out and about in Paris this is ideal. 2 metro stops from Eiffel Tower; easily get to Disneyland Paris from there and to and from Airport not a problem. Using metro and RER train. Rooms are small and bathrooms too but they get the job done

There is small room and small bathroom but good location just 5 min walk from Duplex metro station behind Duplex Cafe and near two convenience store. Staff very nice and helpful, room clean and full facility.

Plus point - near to train station and walking distance to Eiffel tower. To improve - Need to change all your pillow as it is as good as no pillow. When we rest our head on it, basically don't feel much support.

This hotel is so small. The rooms are tiny and there is no space to put the luggage. Could be the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. Also, the building is quite old. The positive is the location, being within a short walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Did not like this hotel. Lamp shades missing from lights. Toilet seat broke and on the day before we left the sink broke. Wet all my toiletries and bag. They couldn’t fix it as they did not have a handyman on call. They had only one smaller room that would not fit my daughter and I. They did offer the room to use on 2 floors below us. For the sink. How to yju wash your hands after you use the toilet?? Very upsetting

Disgusting bathroom”
We had a room in downstairs beside the reception. The bathroom was not cleaned from the previous guest. It was dirty in the floor and toilet had stain. It was disgusting. Has to be flushed multiple times before using. We checked in after midnight and we’re very tired so did not have the energy to complain. But flagged it to reception next day of this disaster. The porter at night play music at night at reception and had to ask him to turn down the volume.
