Pros: * The room is clean and spacious. * All amenities are provided. * The food (breakfast) is good and served on time (as requested). * I love the veranda set-up, it's relaxing when you just sit for about 3-5minutes. * It was quiet and peaceful there. * The location of the hotel is near to mall, baywalk and other spots. * Most of the Tricycle drivers know where is Tenzai, so it's easy to commute going back to hotel. * Very accommodating and respectful staffs. ☺ Cons: * There are times that the wifi/internet is slow, but for us it's okay since we do have data plan. They apologized for it too. OVERALL: HIGHLY COMMENDABLE AND WE WILL RECOMMEND IT TO OUR FRIENDS/FAMILY. THANK YOU! ☺

I was with my sister. Our stay was amazing. They were so welcoming. Before arriving, I requested for an early check-in and they agreed. We had a day tour @ 1pm & the check-in was supposedly @2pm but they allow us to check-in early. I was so grateful. Also, they always asked us what time our tour pickup was for the next day so they will adjust the time of our breakfast. They are very accommodating. The staff are really nice. The room is very clean. We don't have any problems at all. The place is very cozy, nice & clean. We really have a great & amazing stay here. God bless Tenzai.

The price we paid was worth it for our entire duration of stay. The room is clean and the wifi is strong. The food is good and they serve the food on time. The staff are accommodating. They allowed us to cook and gave us free rice when we had our afternoon snack. They offer free ride to the airport and referrals for tours. The entire vicinity is generally clean. Establishments and airport are just a ride away from the accommodation. We definitely reccommend this place especially to the backpackers. Thank you for your hospitality!

Just unbelievable. Best place we stayed in the Philippines, in over 4 weeks there. We always stayed in cheap accomodations like this at this price range. This one is very comfortable, the staff is AMAZING and kind, AC works well, you have free water all day and also the breakfast is customized every morning and fullfilling. They woke up at 3h30AM to prepare it for us because of our flight and gave us free transfert to airport. For the price, you wont get better for your money

Amazing Stay, Great Staff”
We stayed here a night becuase it was close to the airport and we really enjoyed our stay here. The room wasn't huge but it was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The staff were also great and the free breakfast, although basic, was delicious. We even got a free ride to the airport. Lovely people and nice, quiet property. Really good value for what you get. Value for Money Indeed! ”
We stayed here for 2 nights. We did a late check-in during our first day/night (around 11pm) and yet their staff is still very warm and accomodating. The following day they assisted us on how to roam around the city that is budget friendly and where to buy pasalubong when you're on a tight budget. What fascinates me most is that they went out of their way and prepared our breakfast as early as 4am for our early checkout because we need to go to the airport for our returning flight to Manila (I believe they normally serve breakfast at 6am). They also have a free pick-up/drop-off service from and to the airport (That's really convenient; plus point for them!). You will never go wrong on choosing Tenzai Pension House :).

We were happy and comfortable during our stay. For a low price per night with breakfast, it was so worth it. The place was clean, room and bathroom were neat. Breakfast was served in front of your room by a small garden. It was cute and homey. Highly recommendable! Very near to the airport.

We arrived to PP late in the evening and stayed one night before traveling to El Nido the next morning. Perfect location 5 minutes in a tricycle from the airport. Very clean rooms. The Aircon was not working in our room and when we informed the staff they immediately moved us to a different room. The staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating. We were due to be picked up between 7.30-8am for our trip to El Nido but our driver didn’t show up and the staff went out of there way to contact the driver and try to arrange alternative transport for us. The shower wasn’t the best but it did the job. Breakfast was basic but included in the price. Lovely garden area to sit in. Would definitely recommend.

Great accommodation near the airport”
This place is great and I'm glad to have stayed there. It's located near the airport and the rate is very friendly on the pocket. They even offer complimentary transpo to the airport and free breakfast. The rooms are well equipped and clean. My only suggestions for improvement are to increase the water pressure (it's a bit hard to have a good shower with the weak water flow) and check the dated A/Cs (the maximum temperature wasn't as cool as I wanted it to be). I still highly recommend this place!

The price you pay is good value for money, bfast and accomodation. The owner is very accomodating and would help you with the tours in case you haven’t had one yet. The room and toilet is very clean. Toiletries are available, too. Would love to go back again.

Good spot to get rest before your flight ”
Friendly staff despite late check in. Room was quite cosy, amenities consist of TV, air con, and hot water in the bathroom. On the next day following quick breakfast we were offered free transport to the airport. Located just 6 mins away.

We like as it really near to the airport, about 5minutes away only. They also gave us a free ride going to airport & also offer to give us a free ride going to pasalubong center. Staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Tenzai for a wonderful stay :)

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great value for money. Staffs were very courteous. The whole place was so solemn. Our room was clean with good ventilation. Location is very close to the airport and souvenir shops, it's just a tricycle away. On our last day, they allowed us to buy souvenirs before dropping us off at the airport absolutely free of charge.
