Hard working manager will do anything for you”

Sim Spa Hotel excist on his own for two months now. It is run by a 38 year old manager who will do anything he can to make you feel welcome and at home. The rooms of the hotel are a little bit outdated, but the manager has the intention to rebuild them. The breakfast is simple, but good and also the food in de restaurant is fresh. Good value for your money on this island. It is approximately 500 meters walking to the beach and 5 km to the famous night market.

I like this hotel. If you are couples then this is your call. One thing i dont like is the air condiction. Its too old to get cool the room.

I stay here 3 days with 2 triple room. The hotel small but ok for me , near the beach just 5 minutes walking . near the central. I just recommend hotel for people just need place for sleeping , not recommend for relaxing . air conditioner not so good, old , the light in the bathroom is dark.

Very friendly staff and good location but the room prices are much oversold. Unfortunitly very ill-kempt equipment. I saw 3 rooms and all of them were not clean, had old and knackered equipment and smelled humid. You can find better accomondations for the same price on the beach.

Check in was fine , once I found the place with the help of a local lady . Room was shabby and tired . Curtains barely hanging from rail . TV did not work until plugged in , then fridge went off . Limited channels on TV . Aircon barely working . No hot water , actually, no water at all . The 'manager ' offered the room across the hall to shower in . 'Just use before 8 pm ' Was told I would be moved to a better room . Nothing happened . Room not made up, no complimentary water after first day . Apparently staff were too busy to make up the room . For the last night , I was 'upgraded' to the ground floor room . Air con worked , more TV channels and hot water in the shower . I did show the 'manager ' the dust on top of TV , the wash basin that was loose and was not connected to the outlet , so water ran onto the floor . When I showed him the 3 cockroaches , he ran away in horror . I asked several times about getting a taxi for my departure . Nothing happened . I was not alone with having issues with the hotel, I spoke with others . In retrospect , I should have paid more attention to previous reviews . Sadly the worst place I stayed in . Avoid at all cost .

Apart from the manager being very helpful, the hotel was dirty and in a run down condition. We booked and paid for 5 nights, but moved out after 1 night.To his credit the manager got us into a very good place for same price.

La habitación es enorme y está bien, el personal es un amor pero....al otro lado de la tapia hay un pequeño cementerio...si eso no te importa está perfecto pero yo no lo soporto y me fuí al día siguiente, cosas de uno mismo....

Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht!! Und sind nicht eine geblieben! Das zimmer nr.3 War dreckig und es stank, das Bettzeug War mit vielen ekligen Flecken überseht, wenn es nur die vielen krabbeltiere gewesen wären okay aber das , nein danke!! In der dusche ging direkt neben der brausen eine offene Leitung lang.... lebensgefährlich!!! Man wollte uns am nächsten tag ein anderes Zimmer geben!!! Aber auch eine Nacht wollten wir dort nicht schlafen!!!!

Pessimo!Una presa in giro, la stanza è piccolissima e non come da contratto, il letto é vecchio e il materasso puzza, stanza umida e buia, indormibile, pieno di scarafaggi il bagno.Difficile la regolazione della doccia, nessuno fa manutenzione.Il personale non ti guarda neanche in faccia, sembra che gli fai un dispetto ad alloggiare li.Non prendete il motorino a nolo qui, non ha freni ne ammortizzatori adeguati a queste strade!L'hotel, se si può chiamare così,
