Nice location, nice reception hall, but then the good comments stop there. - a “suite” is actually a slightly larger room - interior finish quality is two-star grade - receptionist staff is polite, but too unprofessional - supervisor is a robot that hasn’t been programmed in customer service

poor service. customer must be first than big boss!”
We called our driver, but he couldn't enter the way to hotel because police blocked the street in front of hotel due to 'big boss' who was coming there. so we couldn't take a car in front of hotel, but should have brought our luggage and walk to the car until end of street. Would like to ask question to this hotel staffs: Are customers more important? or your big boss is important? Your big boss cannot earn money without customers.

Nhân viên khá tệ. Khách xuống thì không ai ra xếp xe, xách đồ. Ăn buffet sáng thì nhân viên đứng cười giỡn một góc, không dọn dĩa ăn xong trên bàn khách, lúc sau có quản lý xuống thì mới lật đật đi dọn. Quá tệ! Services are pretty bad in my opinion. No one welcome when I arrived, moreover, nobody came and helped me with the packages. Furthermore, no securities at the front door, my car parked without any safety!!!!! Breakfast was pretty good, but very few things. The waiters were impolite. Standing and joking at the corner together, nobody cared about the tables or the finished dishes. After the manager came, they took care of the guests and set up the tables again. I cannot think what they can do without the managers. DISGUSTING!!!! SHOULD NOT STAY HERE!

Very clean hotel in best location. Staff were generally very friendly . Room had a strange odour at the sleeping end of the bed. We asked to change rooms and received no response . So we slept with our heads at the foot of the bed . However that did not really spoil our visit but might not suit some
