Super good location hotel”
I am travelling alone and transit in Paris in mid-Jan. Searching from Agoda, Hotel New Parnasse is located very close to the AirFrance bus station in which my in-flight is at Orly while I fly out at CDG. Thus, this hotel provide the best option for me. The room size is reasonable in terms of the hotel price. Besides, the reception is very helpful to show me the nearby cafe and shopping areas.

Good location”
close to city center and metro stations. on arrival day the receptionist was really friendly and helpful - found a vase for my flowers, few glasses (though it's a pity 2star hotel in paris doesn't have wine glasses!), bathing amenities, cutlery. i was a bit disappointed at first when saw that room doesn't look that good as in picture. it's not big, but has renewed bathroom, new tv with loads of channels in different languages and it is really bright. what i didn't like that i found the room and reception a bit dusty. well, maybe i just expected too much from hotel. receptionists speak good english, but room attendants don't so had if you want your towels to be refreshed need to bring them and ask for new didn't try breakfast as they provide only croissants, bread, butter etc.. but no hot food. on the other hand, the hotel is situated close to supermarket and tabacco shop (you can smoke in room). the hotel has really tiny and funny lift that is for max 3 people overall everything was fine, it is quiet and lovely hotel but rooms need renewal and more deep cleaning. maybe it's a bit overpriced but good.

Small, great location to Gare Montparnasse”
The hotel is a typical tiny hotel in Paris but the room offers decent value for the price it charges. Toilet is fairly small but is well maintained. The only downside of the room is the fact that the bed shows its age. it is by no means uncomfy but it would have been nice to replace it with an IKEA bed

Basic and worth the money”
Chose this hotel because it was near home of a friend. Everything in Paris is expensive so I would say this hotel is worthy for its price. Facilities are quite basic. Cleanness of the room is acceptable. One thing one needs to note is that, you need someone inside the hotel to open the entrance door for you. Once I waited outside for a good 5 minute, in the evening.

Perfect Place in great location”
It was really good experience. The people was nice in this Hotel. I was allowed to smoke in a room. There was nice room service and the TV was new and with lots of chanells,even some UK channels. And I like the small fridge with drinks . Thank You

Pleasant Surprise!”
we were assigned to the top floor, which comes as a nice surprise as the room is much bigger than what it looks like on the agoda pictures..... bearing in mind this is paris. breakfast was served in a small but quiet stylish cafe in the basement "cave". the soundproof between rooms was quite poor though.

Reasonably good hotel and clean, however I wouldn't stay here again.”
Reasonably good hotel, but the room presentation really required some attention- *Both curtains hanging off the curtain rods (even after room service had prepared the room for a new guest) *Hand shower on rail was broken so that the shower did not stay up when in use, it kept sliding down the rail so you couldn't shower under it. *After a long 22hour flight from Australia, I tried to make a cup of coffee in the room with the provided coffee sachets and kettle- only to find white mould growing on the coffee granules- I don't think the provisions had ever been replaced.

Value over expectation ”
The lobby is still under renovation, but no impact in room (as at 4 oct). In the room, you may find it more like a 3-star hotel, than a 2-star one. The only problem is no mini fridge in the room.

Great location but small room”
The room is small, but it is expected given the price of the room. Service is good. There is a few pubs and restuarants next to the hotel. However, it was quite noisy in the night.

small but convenient hotel”
this hotel located in the center of paris, only 3-5mins walk to the metro station(New Parnasse), where you can transfer to effel tower or other tourist attractions you want to go... near the hotel, there are plenty restaurants and grocery stores around, easy to buy some water or snack. the room is small but good enough to stay for 1 or 2 nights if you don't mind the space... very quiet and safe in the night....

Tiny rooms, a little noisy”
we were surprised at how small the rooms were. The hotel has recently been renovated, but the bathroom is pretty much the shower. We had a double room and there was not that much space to store luggage etc. Staff were trying hard to help where they could. the location was good, but a little nightlife noise due to the many pubs and theatres around there.

Nice stay for business or restaurant's area”
Paris is Paris. I use to stay in this area because I know it well. However, rooms are little small, not so updated for a modern city but enough comfortable for a short stay.

I found the room a bit small and the bathroom way too small, It was clean but the there was a terrible smell in the bathroom because they don't have any ventilation. The room is not bad at all and clean but I just think it is way to expensive for what it is

Just OK for spending one night”
Since it is located right next to drinking bars/clubs, it gets really noisy to sleep at night. Also there was no hair-dryer installed in a room, which was a problem for me. It is a convenient area to travel and there are good cafe/ restaurant nearby however. After all, it is OK to stay one night but not more than that.

old and narrow hotel”
this hotel is located on a narrow street,so our taxi driver could not find its hotel. there are a small elevator(maybe only two people can get on). they have complicated door key, so we couldn't open the door until a staff told me how to enter room. staff told me how to get to the station very kindly.

Minimum facilities”
Most of the hotel in the world offers breakfast for rates. I am wondered why there was not breakfast in the rate I paid. The room very small and it is not like in the web picture. There was no free mineral water. I must pay 2Euro for little mineral water???

L'hotel n'est pas suffisamment propre. Les matelas sont de mauvaises qualité. Les draps sentent la poussière. La salle de bain est salle et trop petite. l'écoulement de douche ne marche pas.
