Great staff with excellent service and location central to everything ”
The front desk staff, especially Anna were very attentive and helpful. All the staff always greeted you with a smile and the room service/cleaning was of high standard. The rooms are larger than other hotels in the area and also have a modern shower with high water pressure. The king size bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. The swimming pool is huge with water slides. I found the location of the hotel to be very handy as you could easily get to Terminal 21 or Walking st and to everything else in between.

Amazing Stay”
We stayed there during covid 19 outbreak and right before Pattaya lockdown. Agoda and hotel kindly allowed me to change the period of stay, thank you so much.. no doubt that I will use Agoda again for my future trips. Hotel staffs were amazing and Agoda staff was so helpful and supportive for my requests. About hotel, I love the aquarium at the hotel restaurant, everyday I sat down next to the aquarium for breakfast. it made me feel very special. Due to covid 19, couldn't use the slides but understanding the situation. A minor thing about the hotel - there was some bad smell coming from the hole of the shower. I asked staff that she said it might be because of not many guests staying so the water circulation is not good at the moment. the smell remained around swimming pool area and lobby.. actually the whole places. Hope to come back to Pattaya again soon. Thanks all the hotel staffs and Agoda customer service for all your kind support during our difficult times.

I stayed here with a friend for only one night but I wish it were more! The staff were fantastic and the location was great for getting to LK Metro. The facilities were great with the large pool and slides as well as a fitness center. Our rooms were very comfortable and it was a nice touch having the toilet in a separate room to the shower.

The staff were always at hand,friendly and there to make sure your stay is perfect. I cannot fault this hotel 🙏🏻.. no messing around. Location is perfect .. not far from anything, all directions in Pattaya. Got the luxury of getting a great deal on price of a pool view room .. Uber cool 😎.. this place is class and the swimming pool is the length of the hotel, food is amazing at the restaurant too. Will definitely get a room here again on my next visit 🙏🏻

This is my second time here. It is a very clean hotel that is easy to get to Soi Lenki and LK Metro...good to walk to steak and co or country club for a good meal. You can take a motorcycle to walking street for 50 Bhat. The hotel is updated and fresh. It has a pool that has slides to go down from various levels, but not for me. The room is small, but it has all you need. It is clean and updated and the bed is very, very comfortable. The curtains keep out the light, however the street noise and construction is loud at times. This is part of being in a hotel in Asia as all is growing....everywhere. As I said it is my second time here and I would continue to stay here as it is very easy to get around. Thanks to Anna for checking me in and the rest of the staff who are gracious and very nice.

Brilliant Hotel apart from all day sun ”
Couldn’t Fault the hotel very Helpfull staff in all areas of the hotel . Gaurd, receptionist , Cleaner , Bell Boy The hotel was clean in an excellent location. Helped with everything. The only downside was the sun terrace lost the sun at roughly 4pm .

This is in a great location. You can walk through the sister hotel that leads you straight onto soi diana, very near to LK. Facilities are very good, gym, great restaurant with a 'fish tank' that is a must see. (Its huge). Swimming pool is also huge. Note not much sun at the pool, but you can use the rooftop pool at the sister hotel that has sun all day round. The room was cleaned daily and all the staff are helpful and friendly. It is a very clean hotel. Defo worth a stay.

This is what you call one sexy hotel has modern and high tech facilities, big rooms with the most comfiest bed and a huge shower head that covers your whole body. Only con is that the sink is outside in the room otherwise one of rhe best hotels i have stayed in

breakfast wide variety to choose from. helpful staff, arrive early ask for a early check in, front desk make an effort to check and asked to wait for 2hrs to have the room clean.- did it on time- thank you. Location: within walking distance to beach. The BHT10 hop on and off taxis is is just around the corner. Room that I have is large. High tech switch to control all the lighting

Electrifying Hotel ”
Perfect location only a few minutes walk to the main shopping area and beach. Beautiful hotel with an amazing swimming pool. Restaurant is well set with a hug fish tank in the middle. Staff very friendly. Everything in the hotel room is touch screen, from lights to door bell. very modern. Beds are very comfy. Room size is good as well.

All staffs was perfectly provided a best services. Room very nice. Location in central of Pattaya but I bit harder to find if you doesn't have any private transportation. Breakfast is good but if have more choices then it will be perfect. Swimming pool is recommended !
